ELBE POLYESTER Industrial Enclosure with IP66 Protection from BOXEXPERT The ELBE POLYESTER industrial enclosure from BOXEXPERT impresses with its high-quality material: glass fiber reinforced polyester (GRP). This material offers exceptionally high weather resistance, is corrosion-free, chemical-resistant, and particularly impact-resistant – ideal for demanding industrial environments and outdoor use. With an IP66 protection rating, the enclosure reliably protects against the ingress of dust and powerful water jets. The robust construction achieves an impact resistance of IK08 and can withstand a wide temperature range from -40°C to +80°C – even with long-term use under extreme conditions. The ELBE POLYESTER industrial enclosure is available in sizes from 80 x 75 x 75 mm to 600 x 250 x 161 mm. Depending on requirements, the enclosure is available in squirrel gray (RAL 7000) or graphite black (RAL 9011). ELCOM UniqPC 190II
The UNIQ PC 190 II is a durable, next-generation industrial computer. The proven IP65 protection of the new UNIQ PC 190 II, established over many years, is now complemented by IP protection for the power supply. Multiple mounting options – on a desktop, wall, or VESA standard – ensure optimal integration into any environment. The enclosed design, without fans or moving parts, guarantees completely silent and convenient operation. Users can operate the computer comfortably by hand, stylus, with gloves, or even with all ten fingers thanks to multi-touch. ELDE – Soft Stop
The ELDE always stops workpiece carriers based on a predetermined deceleration value, which means that the speed is reduced in a quasi-linear manner. The damping process is therefore particularly gentle, which is why the ELDE is particularly suitable for stopping sensitive transport goods, such as batteries with fresh adhesives, and liquids. The ELDE can always dampen optimally in the range of 5 - 300 kg without having to be set to the exact pallet weight beforehand - varying weights, including empty pallets, are no problem for it. Only the speed of the workpiece carrier is relevant for the damping behavior.

Electric actuator
Extremely flexible, powerful and compact, our electric actuators are specially designed for industrial applications. The linear drives are based on a heavy-duty, peeled ballscrew and are equipped with a robust aluminium profile with versatile end/drive blocks and grooves integrated into the profile. This enables simple, direct and flexible mounting. When it comes to the motor connection, you can choose between an inline and a parallel connection. With a stroke that can be freely selected in millimetre steps and a wide range of accessories, you can customise the electric actuators directly in our product configurator. Electric cylinder CTC-060 The Cyltronic electric cylinder CTC-060 is a spindle drive with integrated brushless motor and integrated servo controller. The cylinder essentially corresponds to a 32 standard pneumatic cylinder (ISO 15552) in terms of both its performance characteristics and length dimensions. It can be controlled in the same way as a 5/2-way pneumatic valve, and both monostable and bistable control can be implemented via a simple mode change. Electric linear actuator - liteECO® INTEGRATED series
The SMELA liteECO® series is the most compact electromechanical alternative to pneumatic short-stroke cylinders thanks to its patented arrangement of motor and mechanics. This makes them ideal for the many linear movements required in production lines, machine tools or packaging systems. A servo motor including positioning sensors enables the movement of simple to complex profiles: for fixing, adjusting, locking and travelling any type of movement. The highly efficient motor saves up to 90 % energy compared to pneumatic systems. Together with the smart arrangement of the mechanics in the motor, the actuator saves up to 80 % installation space compared to existing electrical solutions. The liteECO® series also offers the option of simple refurbishment. The replacement of a worn mechanics is extremely simple and helps the actuators to achieve life cycles: sustainable, cost- and resource-saving. In addition to the servomotor and linear mechanism, the LE-INTEGRATED actuators have an integrated drive controller based on 24 volts and optionally on 48 volts. They are controlled via EtherCAT, CANopen or digital IOs. As with the BASE series, many of the advantages of electric drives are supplemented with essential features for high industrial requirements and packed into the smallest possible installation space. In addition to sealing to protection class IP65, conventional M8 and M12 circular connectors have been integrated in the A, B, L and Y coding’s. The lowering motion is driven by an electromechanical actuator. The stop position (up/down) can be monitored via sensors (depending on the model, integrated in the unit or available as optional accessories).

Electric-pneumatic gripper RPW-Hybrid
The IPR Hybrid parallel gripper combines pneumatics and electrics and provides the best of both worlds: Full pneumatic gripping force meets precise pre-positioning and stroke sensing by the electric motor. This enables your robot to reliably move even complex geometries that previously required several work steps. Precise pre-positioning of the gripper jaws significantly minimizes cycle times, while simultaneously applying a gripping force of up to 1,550 N thanks to two compressed air pistons. Various electrical interfaces such as EtherCat, Ethernet/IP, digital I/O, etc. enable the gripper to communicate directly with any robot controller or PLC.

Electrical Actuator Future-proof and Energy Saving Automation Technology Efficient positioning, assembly and handling applications are key components in many manufacturing companies to counter growing cost pressure. Replacing pneumatic positioning systems with electric linear technology can save up to 90 % of energy consumption, which had been proofed in various scientific studies. IAI has the world's largest portfolio of electric linear actuators, from mini types, short stroke cylinders, rod and slider types to servo presses, rotary axes and grippers for almost all technical applications. They perform linear, rotary or even gripping movements in pick & place applications, for example. By far the largest share of the product portfolio have the high-quality product lines RoboCylinder and the single-axis-robots of the IntelligentActuator series. Both product lines consist of highly accurate electrical axes for a wide range of automation requirements. In the RoboCylinder series, the focus is on miniaturization and handling of small payloads, which is reflected in significantly lower prices. The IntelligentActuator single-axis robots meet significantly higher requirements in terms of payload, speed and stroke length. Other convincing advantages Compared with pneumatic drives, electric drives offer a whole range of advantages: they are insensitive to load fluctuations, enable smooth starting and stopping, simple speed regulation and the control of various positions with the highest repeatability. IAI's electric axes and grippers are also characterized and programmed by an easy-to-use control system. The sustainable energy efficiency, the significant cost savings over the entire life cycle of the production plant as well as the outstanding technical advantages in the motion control are the clear arguments for a substitution of pneumatically driven actuators by electromechanical IAI-systems.
