An essential part of our project services is electrical design and switch cabinet construction. In the area of electrical design, we offer the creation of circuit, structure, cable and terminal plans. When delivered, the switch cabinets always comply with the current standards (e.g. DIN EN 60204-1). For switch cabinet construction, we usually work with companies that are already established with our customers and are therefore very familiar with the locations. EM-A motor – Efficient IE5 permanent magnet motor
Mitsubishi Electric's patented EM-A series of permanent magnet motors combines the advantages of a servo motor with the robustness of an asynchronous drive, defining a new class of industrial motors. As a small and efficient motor, the EM-A is a highly advanced permanent magnet (PM) motor that operates without encoders or sensors, significantly reducing the risk of failure in harsh industrial environments. The EM-A permanent magnet motor saves up to 50% in space and weight compared to conventional asynchronous motors. We develop and produce our own computer-based hardware and software and also work with selected partners worldwide for standard products. For simpler control and monitoring tasks, we have been developing on the basis of STM32 microcontrollers for decades and have modularized hardware and software components for this purpose. Our range is constantly being expanded and current single board computers are based on the latest ARM64 architecture from NXP and x86 technology from Intel. We therefore offer a perfect platform solution for the fast and efficient implementation of customer-specific product ideas in appropriate quantities in industrial quality, with great consideration for increasing security requirements.
