Manual cable tie guns
With the EVO family of cable tie guns, HellermannTyton offers you the most ergonomic and durable manual cable tie tools on the market. Comfort and function are combined to provide high-quality repeatable cable tying results at a wide variety of tension settings. The technology in the EVO7 and EVO9 cable tie tools significantly reduces the amount of force required to tension and cut cable ties. The EVO family cable tie processing tools feature quick adjustment for changing between tension setting ranges.
Manual precision slide guides are available in two series with identical dimensions as dovetail slides or as roller bearing slides in standard widths of 30 to 400 mm and lengths of 35 to 1,800 mm.

Manual rotary adjusters with and without hollow shaft
The standard rotary adjuster is equipped with a quick adjustment. For this, loosen the screw that is located at the side of the rotary plate. The rotary unit is essentially made of stainless steel. The adjustment button is made of black anodised aluminium, the worm bearing of sinter bronze. The heavy duty rotary adjusters with hollow shaft are made of stainless steel and aluminum. They work with a high-quality worm gear whose backlash can be minimised through infeed of the worm wheel or worm. The hollow shaft allows the engineer additional flexibility to hide tubes and cables.

manually driven rotary indexing table
✅ simple, reliable and cost-effective solution ✅ for partially automated (hybrid) workplaces ✅ for manual workstations with processing stations ✅ no provision of drive technology, safety technology, two-hand operation, etc. necessary. ✅ self-locking after manual rotation ✅ backlash-free indexing of the rotary indexing table ✅ unlock after machining the workpiece via pneumatic impulse ✅ manual rotation until the next division ✅ unlocking via 3/2 valve e.g. push button ✅ table is rounded, reduces the risk of injury ✅ four-point bearing of the plate enables any installation situation ✅ tilting moment: up to 300Nm ✅ plate already has mounting holes for workpiece or workpiece carriers ✅ end position query via M8 sensor ✅ factory-fitted direction of rotation anti-clockwise | can be ordered on the right ✅ can be ordered ex works in pitches 2|3|4|6|12. ❗️partition and direction of rotation can be changed by the user (conversion kit) ❗️flexible application options ❗️retention of the investment in equipment

Manufacturing
Precision manufacturing of components, assemblies, and systems – efficient, flexible, and to the highest standards. Our manufacturing team supports you in these areas: - Control cabinet construction - Test benches. SPIE AUTOMATION offers bundled manufacturing power. With us, you receive complete solution packages from a single source. High-quality products and systems are planned and developed by our engineering team and then implemented and commissioned using our assembly and control technology.

Manufacturing Simulation
3D Simulation and Analysis of Production Systems With Visual Components, you can simulate and analyze complete manufacturing and assembly processes in a realistic 3D environment. Production layouts, material flows, resources, and cycle times are modeled, evaluated, and optimized virtually—long before real systems are built or modified. This provides full transparency into production performance, enables early identification of bottlenecks, and supports well‑founded decisions for planning, reconfiguration, and investment. Key Benefits: - Realistic 3D simulation of complete manufacturing systems - Early detection of bottlenecks and resource overloads - Validation of layouts, processes, and cycle times - Comparison of different production and scenario alternatives - Reduction of planning risks and costly misinvestments Core Features: - Import of 3D CAD layouts and equipment - Simulation of manufacturing, assembly, and material flow processes - Modeling of resources, buffers, and lead times - Analysis of utilization, throughput, and bottlenecks - Variant and scenario comparison - Clear visualization to support communication and decision‑making Typical Application Areas: - Factory and layout planning - Production and assembly planning - Capacity and cycle time analysis - Evaluation of expansions and system modifications Target Groups: - Factory and production planners - Manufacturing and process engineers, industrial engineers, - Production managers - System integrators - Technical Sales / Pre-Sales
