      Mech-Eye LSR L-GL Industrial 3D Camera

      The new Mech-Eye LSR L laser camera was specially developed for robotic applications with a large field of view and high accuracy. Thanks to its integrated laser technology, objects with demanding surfaces are optimally detected under difficult lighting conditions, even at long working distances. In addition to laser-based technology, the 3D camera also has a color sensor for detecting colored objects. State-of-the-art optical algorithms allow processing of all types of reflective objects, as well as polished metal parts, shiny workpieces and packaging. Due to the structured high-speed laser light technology, the image acquisition time is only 0.5 seconds (depending on the exact material and ambient light). The fast image acquisition time combined with the high accuracy (1.0 mm at 3 m) enables shorter cycle times and precise execution even with large fields of view (3000 × 2400 at 3.0 m) and difficult lighting conditions.
