Macro
The Macro label dispenser is a versatile labeler that can be used with pre-printed labels of various widths. It can function as a continuous dispenser, but its flexibility with additional attachments also makes it a versatile solution. With an AP010 applicator, it is often used as a standalone workstation or for pallet base labeling in incoming goods. Other applications such as belt labelers, wrap-around labelers, and continuous labeling with pneumatic or mechanical dispensing tabs are available. We would be happy to advise you in more detail.

MADDOX
MADDOX is AI-powered software for digital knowledge management in production. It makes experiential knowledge from maintenance and production available directly at the machine – quickly, comprehensively and accessible at any time. Technicians and production staff receive targeted support for malfunctions, maintenance and set-up processes without having to search for information or wait for experts. MADDOX thus reduces downtime, relieves skilled workers and sustainably increases operational efficiency.

MaDoW app for productive and idle time monitoring
The MaDoW application allows the entire production process to be mapped and monitored. By means of simple signals, downtimes and productive times of almost all machines and equipment are recorded down to the minute. The reasons for downtime, such as breaks or repair times, are individually defined and reported for each line (machine or production lines) or station (process steps to be monitored). In addition, the MaDoW Master provides an overview of all connected devices in a machine park. This generates real added value in terms of shop floor and lean management.

Magnetic Couplings
The magnetic couplings of the MINEX range are permanent-magnetic couplings transmitting the torque without contact through magnetic forces between two magnetic rotors. The standard type MINEX-S with containment shroud and magnets positioned radially ensures hermetic separation of driving and driven side in pumps and agitators. As a hysteresis coupling version it is in turn suitable as a wear-free overload protection alternatively to classical safety couplings. With the disk coupling which is optionally available the magnets face each other axially so that torques can be transmitted through plane walls. The transmittable torque can be varied by adjusting the air gap.

Magnetic Couplings
For the permanent protection against frequent overload, our magnetic couplings are the right choice. They work absolutely wear free and for that reason they are of fatigue strength and maintenance-free. Shaft diameter: 3 – 44mm Torque range: 0,1 – 60Nm

Magnetic Encoder MSA213K
The absolute encoder MSA213K convinces with its high absolute resolution of 1 µm for precise position detection and a high reading distance of up to 0.8 mm at the same time. With the absolutely coded magnetic tape MBA213, measurements over a length of up to 16 meters are possible. Different absolute interfaces are available for integration into the control environment, which can be supplemented by incremental (LD) or analog (1 Vss) signal outputs for rapid regulation. The swivel-mounted M12 plug enables easy integration into the application on the customer side. Magnetic sensors with diametral magnet
Robust, high-resolution angle sensor technology with easy integration and reliable performance even at high speeds. Ideal for precise position and speed detection and for use in a wide variety of applications. Installation is quick and easy. Kübler is expanding its sensor technology portfolio with a compact, magnetic kit encoder based on a diametrical magnet. Thanks to its small size, it can be integrated directly onto the motor shaft or into the motor housing. An additional shielding plate effectively protects the system from magnetic stray fields, for example from motor brakes, ensuring reliable measurements even in demanding environments. The encoders are available in two absolute versions: singleturn provides a unique value for each angular position, which is retained even after a power loss. Multiturn allows detection over several revolutions. The integrated energy harvesting technology stores the number of revolutions without an external power supply, making the system particularly fail-safe. The high accuracy, robust magnetic field sensor technology, and flexible interfaces enable versatile applications in drive and automation technology. How it works: The diametrical magnet generates a magnetic field that changes with rotation in the plane of the direction of rotation. Sensors continuously detect the magnetic field direction, enabling precise angle determination with high resolution. In the multiturn system, an integrated energy harvesting chip counts the revolutions and stores them even in the event of a brief interruption in the power supply.

ELEKTRA main switches of the S-Series with undervoltage release comply with this requirement owing to an undervoltage release coil which, after power failure, makes the switch jump back to the ”off“ position by means of a mechanism. If the voltage has not been applied, the switch does not click. As an example, the functional diagram showing the incorporation of the emergency off push button (NC contact) and PTC temperature feeler (NC contact) into the control circuit. The coil trips the main switch if the control circuit is interrupted.
