Heavy duty Connectors - for industrial automation

In industrial automation, the quality, reliability, and durability of the components used determine the performance of entire systems. Machines and plants are becoming increasingly complex, production processes more interconnected, and the demands on data, signal, and power transmission continue to rise. External factors such as moisture, dust, vibrations, temperature fluctuations, and electromagnetic interference pose significant challenges and require robust cabling solutions. In this context, connectors are far more than just mechanical interfaces—they form the foundation for secure communication, efficient power supply, and seamless process operation. For years, AIXONTEC has been developing and delivering custom cabling solutions for industrial automation, tailored specifically to customer requirements. With robust connector systems such as SCREWLock, TFC, TIGERConn, and the AIDA system, AIXONTEC offers a portfolio that combines maximum reliability with ease of use and long-term future-proofing. All systems impress with uncompromising quality, thoughtful design, and protection ratings of IP65/67, ensuring reliable performance even under extreme conditions.

    2. Heavy Duty Encoder

      Heavy Duty Encoder

Hohner’s Heavy Duty range for Heavy Industry offers robust and accurate solutions. These encoders are designed to offer maximum robustness and reliability, as well as to ensure the best performance even in the toughest conditions, such as extreme temperatures, shocks and vibrations, dust and humidity. In addition, the 100/Duo and 100H/Duo encoders have hybrid bearings that allow, on the one hand, an electrical insulation of the shaft of ≥ 2,5 KV CC, and on the other hand, the ability of bear large shaft loads. This turns them into the most suitable for the heavy industry. Single output: - SERIE 100: Shaft from Ø 11 mm - SERIE 100H: Blind hollow shaft from Ø 12 to 16 mm Dual output: - SERIE 100 DUO: Shaft from Ø 11 mm - SERIE 100H DUO: Blind hollow shaft from Ø 12 to 16 mm - Resoluti on up to 5.000 pulses per turn - External diameter 100 mm - Hybrid bearings for extended lifetime - Shaft insulation up to 2,5 kV - Protection class IP66 according to DIN EN 60529 - Connection by terminal box with plug-in spring terminal connectors, rotatable through 360° - Single and Dual output available

    3. Heavy-Duty Connectors

      Heavy-Duty Connectors

Heavy-Duty Connectors Supporting industrial automation and production line expansion, Heavy-Duty Connectors (HDCs) provide robust durability, high power capacity, modularity and industry standard compatibility to seamlessly integrate a variety of devices. Heavy-Duty Connectors (HDCs) from Molex deliver reliable service in extreme temperatures and harsh conditions, reducing failure rates with IP66, IP68 or IP69 seal ratings that support consistent performance. HDCs offer modular and flexible connections that simplify network design and enable quick changeovers to support shifting production needs. These connectors are compatible with a wide range of industry standards and other manufacturers’ products, simplifying integration with existing devices and infrastructure.

    4. heavy|mate® - Heavy Duty Rectangular Connectors

heavy|mate® - Heavy Duty Rectangular Connectors

The connectors of the heavy|mate® - C146 series - also called heavy duty rectangular connectors - are modular connector lines consisting of hoods and housings, inserts and contacts that are designed for applications in harsh industrial environment. A higly cost-effective processing is possible by using stamped crimp contacts at consistantly high quality connections. WHY heavy|mate? Connections in harsh industrial environment Robust design High number of poles or transmission of different kinds of signals Very good EMC protection Power and signal transmission outdoor Very safe locking system The modular system (heavy|mate® - M) enables signal, power, pneumatic, coax and ethernet connections in one connector in individual customized arrangement.

    5. Height-adjustable Suspension System GTV light

      Height-adjustable Suspension System GTV light

Thanks to its height adjustability, the GTV light can be moved steplessly in the vertical position over the entire stroke. Afterward, it remains in the desired position on its own. Thanks to the three different strokes from 400 mm to 600 mm to 800 mm and the integration into the GTN II equipment carrier system, the GTV light support arm system is uniquely versatile on the market. Simple integration into existing GTN II systems is possible without changing the drilling patterns on the machine or the control enclosure. The flexible connection of the system provides additional variability. The load range up to 25 kg and the IP54 protection class is particularly suitable for accommodating encapsulated panel PCs and small control enclosures. A further advantage is the cable duct, which is separated from mechanical components and thus enables safe cable routing away from crushing and shearing points.
