Die HEUER Maschinenschutztüren wurden nach diesen Vorsätzen unter Berücksichtigung der Maschinenrichtlinie konzipiert und konstruiert. Durch stetig steigende, hohe Ansprüche an automatisierte Fertigungsprozesse führen kleinste Fehler zu Stillstandszeiten oder Gefährdungen von Mitarbeitern. Diese wollen wir mit unseren Schutztürkonzepten vermeiden und haben daher eine Schutztüre mit passender HEUER Torsteuerung ProControl entwickelt. Mit dieser Kombination können schnelle Zyklenzeiten bei maximaler Zuverlässigkeit realisiert werden. Dies führt somit zu einer hohen Auslastung und Produktivität der Anlage. Der stabile, modulare Aufbau in Verbindung mit dem Torbehang aus hochwertigen, stranggepressten Aluminiumprofilen schützt Ihre Mitarbeiter vor Gefährdungen. Gleichzeitig wird die Unterbrechung des Produktionsprozesses durch einen Eingriff des Bedieners verhindert.

HEUER Materialschleusen ProMatic
Heuer material transfer stations are designed and engineered to transfer material into and out of automated processes. Our material transfer stations are also suitable for handling systems. They enable pallet changes without interrupting production, thus preventing downtime. While the operator is loading or unloading, access to the work area is securely closed off with a high-quality aluminum roller door.

Hex Force/Torque Sensor
OnRobot 6-axis force torque sensors provide accurate force and torque measurements along all 6 axes. This gives you precise control when it comes to difficult assembly, polishing, sanding or deburring jobs. Additionally, the HEX software includes path recording, force control and special features for insertion tasks. This means reduced integration time for your production line. Our sensors are designed to fit most of the current industrial robot arms. Common applications are polishing, sanding, deburring, grinding and assembly, but it can also be used for teach-in and crash detection.

HGT 1054: Mobile Panel with High Visualization Power
The new mobile multi-touch panel HGT 1054 from SIGMATEK impresses with a projective capacitive 10.1" TFT touch display (WXGA 800 x 1280 px). Thanks to a powerful x86 Intel Atom® dual-core processor, 4 GByte DDR4 RAM and 32 GByte eMMC memory, the web HMI is the perfect choice for demanding applications with HTML5 visualization. The handheld operating device combines powerful performance with intuitive operability as well as maximum user experience. Machines, systems and robots can be operated, tested and maintained directly on-site using the OPC UA-capable panel. The integrated safety elements emergency stop and confirmation switch provide the required safety for users and machines. A Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 type A interface are integrated in the standard version. The cable-connected mobile HMI in IP54 protection is ergonomically designed and therefore fits well in the hand. With a weight of only 1.300 g, it enables fatigue-free use. Visualizations are conveniently created in the HMI tools LASAL SCREEN and the web-based LASAL VISUDesigner. Pre-constructed design templates and versatile operating, graphic and design elements are available for this purpose. High helix thread spindles
High helix thread spindles are mostly used as movement or drive threads. The main feature of these threads is that the pitch is very large in relation to the diameter. This means that a small radial movement can be converted into large axial movements. In order to increase the pitch of the thread, either the thread profile is widened or multi-start threads with several threads running in parallel are used. The term high-helix thread cannot be used to precisely define the thread shape. High helix thread nuts are primarily used when large strokes have to be completed in a short time or when self-locking is not desired for technical reasons. Compared to trapezoidal screw drives, the efficiency is significantly higher. However, due to the large gradient, a higher drive torque is also required.

The new high-performance NEFF classic product line of the C-series goes along with the connection dimensions of the classic screw jack systems which are already on the market placed. They are technically robust and flexible in terms of application. Advantages for users are besides the separated lubrication systems − relubrication even possible during operation − longer duty cycles and lubrication for life under normal circumstances. Within the standard programm it is possible to choose different screw types and grades. In additon to the catalogue standards new drive solutions for customized projects can be produced on request.
