Compact Interface Box CIB2X
A wide range of interfaces despite limited space _ Remote mounting for encoders of the series 582, 802, 1102, and 362, as well as AEV70 _ A cable between the rotary encoder and the interface box – up to 15 m in length _ Ideal for ATEX zones and aggressive environments Compact & versatile _ Wide range of interfaces, including for 36 mm encoders _ Mounting the box in an accessible location _ Relief for Industrial Ethernet and multiple connections _ Easy integration of encoders in stainless steel or protective housings Many plugs, little space? The Compact Interface Box CIB2X from TR Electronic provides a solution. Instead of routing multiple cables directly to the rotary encoder, the interface box is mounted separately and connected via a single cable. This reduces cabling requirements and enables more compact installation situations – even with 36 mm rotary encoders. The CIB2X supports ATEX applications and aggressive environments and facilitates the integration of Industrial Ethernet. This preserves full interface diversity, regardless of the available installation space.

Compact Linear Units HSB-delta®
Our HSB-delta® compact linear units are the ideal solution for applications that require high rigidity and precise guidance in a compact design. At the core of every HSB-delta® unit is a wide, flat aluminum profile developed in-house. Depending on the size, it is equipped either with two parallel-mounted ball guide rails (HSB-delta® 110 to 240) or with a single HSB roller guide featuring an especially wide base for maximum stability. All profiles are precisely machined on the relevant mounting surfaces to ensure accurate integration of the linear guides. The HSB-delta® series is currently available in five sizes, from HSB-delta® 90 to HSB-delta® 240. To meet practical requirements across a wide range of applications, we also offer various guide and drive options for maximum flexibility.
Compact Mark G8
The CompactMark G8 allows machining on an area of 700x450mm (with an FFL160 lens). This large machining area is achieved thanks to the movement of the X and Y axes. This marking system is suitable for engraving individual parts as well as for marking dozens of small parts in part holders or pallets, with the precise axes always perfectly centering the marking.

Compact positioning system GEL 6109 for standalone use
Automatic positioning systems save time during format adjustment, increase process reliability and boost the efficiency of production lines. The compact SeGMo positioning drive GEL 6109 with batteryless multiturn absolute rotary encoder, gear and motor as well as integrated power and control electronics significantly reduces the effort required for changeover.
