Our FLEXAquick-type connector ensures a rapid and trouble-free mounting. The one-piece fittings, which convinces through compact construction and robust design can be dismounted without any additional tools. Junction system typs S, M, L The new CONEC junction system type S, M, L provides a flexible way to integrate moulded branches/outlets into electrical connecting lines such as e.g. cable harnesses. CPC connector series In addition to agricultural and automotive engineering, CPC connectors are frequently used in control cabinets, robotics, injection moulding machines and machine tools. This design is a robust connector which, in contrast to the previous agricultural connectors in the CONEC product range, has a threaded connection with positive detent and is smaller in size than, for example, an Isobus connector. Both, single and double outlet versions for the cable, as well as termination caps, are available.

The contact block range FRTF/FRTP of Georg Schlegel GmbH & Co. KG is very compact and equipped with Faston connections (FRTF) or with PCB connections (FRTP). The contact blocks are mainly designed for lower capacities. The variants with silver contacts allow voltages up to 250 V and currents up to 3 A, the variants with gold-plated contacts can be used for voltages up to 42 V and currents up to 250 mA. The range is covering all standard contact types like NO, NC, NO-NC, NO-NO, NC-NC, NC-NC-NO. For the contact blocks for PCB mounting illumination can be chosen optionally by soldering the LED on the PCB directly though the bottom plate. The FRTF and FRTP contact blocks can be combined with nearly all Schlegel pushbuttons and switches with 16 mm bayonet with up to 3 mm operating travel. The electrical and mechanical lifetime is abt. 600.000 switching cycles.

The data obtained is used to calculate key figures directly from the process, such as capacity utilization and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). The summary is made available online in web reports. Data series and evaluations can easily be exported.
