CODESYS Runtime
In the CODESYS Store, users can find SoftPLCs for common hardware platforms such as Raspberry Pi or IPCs on which created automation applications can be executed. New: Virtual controllers via containers – since the beginning of 2025, even virtual safety controllers according to IEC 61508 SIL3, certified by TÜV Süd. This means that safety applications can now be implemented without expensive safety controllers.

CODESYS Safety
The virtual controller, certified by TÜV Süd according to IEC 61508 SIL3, enables the implementation of safety applications independently of specific hardware. Certified connection of safety I/Os via F-Host (Profisafe) and FSoE (EtherCAT Safety). Integrated engineering of available safety components in an IEC 61131-3 project along with the functional application.

CODESYS Virtual Safe Control SL - the virtual safety PLC
Whether boards, IPCs, or IT farms: With CODESYS Virtual Safe Control SL, every system is turned into one or more safety controllers – completely independent of the hardware infrastructure! The virtual safety PLC is certified according to IEC 61508 SIL3, currently for x86-based systems with Profinet/Profisafe (F-Host) and EtherCAT Safety (FSoE). Support for ARM-based platforms will be added in the course of 2026. Benefits for users: Massive savings in costs and effort for procurement, wiring, and maintenance, while at the same time strengthening IT security.

CODESYS Visualization
Users create and animate professional user interfaces directly in the CODESYS Development System. These can be displayed in the Development System, on industrial PCs, directly on the PLC, or in a web browser.

Coffee 2 GO App
From manual processes to expert knowledge - with our process app, you can easily digitise manual processes in your production. The clear and simple user guidance of our app enables anyone to transparently digitise internal knowledge in seconds, share it with colleagues or document results. In combination with our Data Coffee Connector DCC, you can make information about your machines, such as current operating statuses, easily available or and connnect manual and automated workflows. In combination with our COckPIT, information from your processes is displayed in dashboards in such a way that you and your colleagues can work efficiently and clearly with the data.

Coil-wound sensors for electric vehicles Delta-R manufactures wound-head temperature sensors for electromobility on behalf of sensor manufacturers for the growing electromobility market. Speed, flexibility, and reliability, combined with the highest quality standards ;Made in Germany; have convinced an increasing number of customers during the pandemic. Wound-head sensors for electromobility are cable thermometers used for temperature monitoring of electric motors and batteries. These cable thermometers are temperature sensors with a cable extension and heat-shrink tubing insulation. These heat-shrink tubing temperature sensors are usually based on a Pt100 or Pt1000 element, which is extended in a 2-, 3-, or 4-wire configuration and then insulated with high-voltage-resistant heat-shrink tubing. Depending on the required temperature resistance, the sensors are insulated with high-voltage-resistant Kynar or PTFE heat-shrink tubing. Depending on the voltage rating, the sensors are insulated with single or multiple layers. The required insulation strength determines the insulation length as well as the type and position of the heat shrink tubing. Typically, the elements are extended with single-core stranded wire in the AWG 20 to AWG 28 range. The operating temperature range of cable sensors with heat shrink tubing insulation is between -70°C and +260°C. Winding-head temperature sensors with a wide variety of connection technologies are available on the market. Delta-R prefers welding as a connection technology because it requires no filler material and is also suitable for small dimensions. However, brazing or crimping connections are also common and possible mechanical connection methods.
