Standstill monitor UG 6946
Safe sensorless standstill monitoring The safe sensorless standstill monitor UG 6946 from the SAFEMASTER S series detects the standstill of 3-phase and 1-phase motors independent of the direction of rotation. This means sensors such as encoders or proximity switches are not required. Access to the danger zone of a system is only possible by the enabling signal of the standstill monitor after the drive has been switched off and run down. In order to detect a standstill, the remanence voltage induced by the motor windings is evaluated and provides safe standstill monitoring up to Cat. 4 / PL e or SIL 3, even if the motor has already been switched off. Using a conventional release via a time control, dangerous movement could not necessarily be excluded. For the implementation of different operating modes, the standstill monitor UG 6946 also offers the possibility of bridging the standstill monitoring (muting). The simple integration into the machine and drive concept reduces the commissioning effort and costs and is particularly suitable for use in machine tools and woodworking machines, centrifuges and rolling drives. With a width of only 22.5 mm, the UG 6946 can be accommodated in the control panel even under tight space conditions allowing easy retrofitting. The device also offers two redundant safety contact paths and a forcibly guided signal contact.

Status-Lights
The STL-x-60R-RGBW series status lights are universal tube lights made of impact-resistant and shatterproof polycarbonate. The high degree of diffusion offers very good glare control and generates a homogeneous light area. The status lights can be rotated almost 350° wich makes it easier to align with objects. The status lights are operated with a supply voltage of 24 V DC. The connection to the supply voltage is implemented via a 4-pin M12 sensor connector. This allows eight status states to be encoded (with the OFF state).

With a comprehensive range of support and anchor rails, Gerdt Seefrid GmbH has established itself for many years as a reliable specialist supplier of electromechanical components. Its customer base includes well-known companies in the switchgear and electrical industries. The product range focuses on 25 different profile shapes, including the frequently used 35x7.5 and 35x15 mm support rails, as well as anchor rails in the dimensions 35x18 and 40x22 mm. With STEIN Link, we have developed an innovative shuttle system that makes internal material flow more flexible and efficient. The focus is on maximum adaptability, easy integration, and future-proofing - features that are crucial for modern assembly and logistics processes. The system transports workpiece carriers, crates, or customer-specific superstructures with a payload of up to 80 kg at a speed of up to 50 m/min – directly on the shuttle. A robust aluminum T-profile ensures high tilt stability and smooth running even with off-center loads. A key advantage is the wireless power supply: The shuttles do not require power rails or energy supply along the route. Replaceable batteries ensure the power supply; when the charge level is low, the shuttle automatically drives to the exchange station. The battery can be changed manually or automatically. A battery management system continuously monitors the charge level and ensures maximum availability. RFID tags define logical sections for position and route control. Central software regulates traffic flow, entry permissions, and speed - depending on route occupancy and priorities.
