    1. Spindle lifting system EA

      Spindle lifting system EA

The LiteLine EA lifting column for compact industrial workstations We are expanding our LiteLine range with the new EA lifting column, developed for applications where lower load capacity, cost efficiency, and a slim design profile are key requirements. The EA complements the existing SA lifting column, further strengthening our LiteLine portfolio for compact, cost-effective workstation solutions. The EA is a 3-stage telescopic lifting column offering a 650 mm stroke with an installation height of 585 mm and a lifting speed of 20 mm/s. These characteristics make it particularly well suited to sit-stand workstations in industrial environments. The column features an anthracite (RAL 7021) powder-coated steel profile, plastic linear gliders, and a reliable electric spindle drive. Depending on the configuration, the EA lifting column provides a load capacity of 1,000 N per column and can be used in 2- or 4-column system configurations, achieving a total load capacity of up to 4,000 N. This comfortably meets the typical demands of assembly, testing, and general industrial workstations. Combined with a simple motion controller and a wide power supply range of 100–240 V, the EA lifting column is a versatile and flexible solution for industrial workstations. It is available as a 2-leg or 4-leg lifting system, as well as a complete workstation base frame.

The SA lifting column from our new LiteLine product family is a solution designed for light industrial applications where cost-effectiveness is paramount. This lifting column offers industrial-grade quality, reduced to the essential features, providing robust and reliable performance. With a 420 mm stroke length and a lifting speed of 20 mm/s, the SA column enables quick and efficient height adjustment while maintaining a compact footprint, thanks to its integrated in-line motor. The powder-coated steel guide with spindle drive ensures stability and long-lasting durability, making it a perfect choice for applications requiring moderate load capacity and functionality. You can connect four lifting columns to the LiteLine 110-230V motion controller. The lifting system is also available as a 2-column workstation base frame.

    3. Spindle lifting system SC

      Spindle lifting system SC

The Smart Lifting Column for a Cost-Effective Solution Our new product line LiteLine stands for: - Smart solutions designed for light industrial applications. - Industrial-grade quality, reduced to the essentials. The SC lifting column from our new LiteLine product family is a solution designed for light industrial applications where cost-effectiveness is paramount. This lifting column offers industrial-grade quality, reduced to the essential features, providing robust and reliable performance. With a 420 mm stroke length and a lifting speed of 20 mm/s, the SC column enables quick and efficient height adjustment while maintaining a compact footprint, thanks to its integrated in-line motor. The anodised aluminium profile with patented construction and guide technology ensures stability and long-lasting durability, making it a perfect choice for applications requiring moderate load capacity and functionality.

    4. Spindle lifting system SN

      Spindle lifting system SN

The new SN lifting column is characterized by its high-precision and stability, which is made possible by specially bonded profiles. The SN lifting column is characterized by its precise geometry, high stability and high load capacity (up to 3,000 N). The SN lifting column features a unique, patented, guide system. The inner profile is moved by an internal spindle drive. Up to 4 columns can be connected to one control box and operated synchronously. T-Slots on 2 sides (width 6 mm) allow mounting on the entire length of the leg traverses, intermediate shelves, attachments and superstructures. The SN lifting column is suitable for height adjustment of industrial workstations, smaller tables, control room workstations, assembly tables, assembly systems and podiums. It also covers various applications in specialized furniture and mechanical engineering.

    5. Spindle lifting system SO

      Spindle lifting system SO

The new SO lifting column is characterized by its high-precision and stability, which is made possible by specially bonded profiles. A unique feature of the SO lifting column is its attractive dimensions of 100x100 mm in combination with a high load-bearing capacity. In addition, the T-Slots (width 6 mm) on all 4 sides allow a high degree of variability in the construction of subframes (attachment of crossbars, intermediate shelves, extensions and superstructures) The SO lifting column consists of two aluminium profiles, which are guided by plastic guides. The inner pro-file is moved by an internal spindle drive. Up to 4 columns can be connected to one control box and operated synchronously. The SO lifting column is suitable for height adjustment of industrial workstations, small tables, control room workstations, assembly tables, assembly systems and podiums. It also covers various applications in specialist furniture and mechanical engineering.

    6. Spring Coilers

      Spring Coilers

Pneumatic and CNC-controlled spring coiling machines for cylindrical and conical springs. Production of compression springs or rings directly on the assembly line. High process reliability and machine availability. Cost-effective for both low and high cycle rates. The spring coiling machines can be enhanced with a number of Tekda production features, such as: Tekda Pick-up Station and Manual Removal This allows the springs to be removed manually from the spring coiling machine after they have been completely coiled. Tekda Heat Treatment This involves heating the produced springs to stabilize the spring's settling behavior and maintain a constant spring length. Tekda Force and Length Control This checks the force and length of the springs before they are fed to the assembly line.

    7. Spring separators

      Spring separators

Spring Detanglers The manual Tekda spring separators are easy-to-use spring detanglers for manual workstations. Easy to use, they eliminate the laborious, time-consuming, and therefore expensive process of manual detangling. A wide range of different sized and heavy, cylindrical or conical springs can be separated. The devices can also be used to separate rings, metal parts, and plastic parts, so-called tangled parts. The Tekda spring detanglers are designed for manual workstations and can be placed directly on the bench. They are easy to set up, connect, and operate. No training or instruction is required. Effective Detangling Technology By manually filling the tangled springs into the mechanical centrifuge, the parts are set in rotation. The springs are then detangled and ejected individually. The same device can be used for different spring types. Springs that are not detangled on the first pass can simply be refilled into the detangler. Reduce your costs Save the time wasted on manual unraveling at your assembly station. This allows you to reduce your scrap rate, increase your productivity, and save money.
