Matching to our variety of high-quality racks we offer three different variants of servo angle gear units as precision gearboxes. Our servo-worm gear units with low-backlash enjoy an excellent reputation worldwide. The three quality levels High Torque, High Performance and Economy in different sizes enable a designer to select the required precision according to his requirements and budget. All servo angle gearboxes are available in the ATEX version and optionally with food graded oil.

PROMESS offers a wide range of servopresses for force-distance-monitored assembly and testing tasks. With our UFM Line5 RX, UFM Line5/5s, UFM Precision5, UFM Compact5, and UFM Classic product lines, we offer systems for a broad spectrum of applications. The UFM Line5 RX joining modules can be intuitively operated via a web interface in all common browsers. The RX controller can control up to four mechanics and 16 sensors in parallel. This enables tasks such as synchronization and forming. Our UFM Line5/5s joining systems are characterized by their optimized price-performance ratio. They are available in standardized sizes and in force ranges from 1 to 200 kN. Our UFM Precision5 NC joining systems are the specialists in the fields of microtechnology, the watch industry, and medical technology. The servo press's precision mechanics, high-resolution sensors, and intelligent control enable results in the micrometer range. Our UFM Compact5 joining modules are particularly suitable for tasks with tight pitches, such as joining valve seat inserts and guides. The servo motor in this model is positioned parallel to the housing, ensuring a low overall height for the servo press. The units in the UFM Classic series offer a wide selection of load ranges and nominal strokes, thus enabling numerous configuration options. Depending on the customer's requirements, the servo press is equipped with strain gauge or piezo force measurement technology and features a flexible drive concept in which the motor can be angled or mounted inline with the press mechanism as required. The main areas of application for servo presses are e-mobility, battery assembly, transmission, engine, or chassis assembly. Our servo presses are also used in other industries, such as medical technology, the watch industry, microtechnology, and electrical manufacturing.

Additionally it massively reduces the training time of new employees. SETAGO® is also an ideal tool for handling product variations. Setago also helps transforming your production to paperless productions. The system leads through the assembly process step by step. A screen visually indicates the next step and the light sensor indicates the component which has to be used for this process step. Once the process step is completed, the touch screen displays the next assembly step. The system detects and notifies the worker if the wrong parts are used, thus preventing assembly errors. Screwdriving applications with tool Changer for lightweight robotics – SEV-P from 1.5 kg The SEV-P is a screwdriver without automatic feeding, designed for use in Pick and Place applications. Thanks to the optional vacuum technology, the fastener can be reliably guided to the screwdriving location and fastened by the spindle. Due to its extremely compact design, the weight has been reduced to as little as 1.5 kg. The Pick and Place screwdriver features a flange according to ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 and is therefore suitable for adaptation to a wide range of lightweight robots.

At abp, we focus on torsionally rigid, flexible shaft couplings as a connecting element between the motor and transducer. Our shaft couplings transmit forces backlash-free and angularly synchronous. Shaft couplings from abp – this means high torsional rigidity and minimal restoring forces. The resulting very low load on the shaft bearings considerably extends the service life of systems and machines.

Shaft guidance systems for linear, short stroke and rotary movement For more than 45 years, we have been offering a comprehensive range of round rail and shaft guide systems. Our products are manufactured partly in‑house and partly in close cooperation with long‑standing partners, incorporating the expertise of leading manufacturers. For linear motion applications, we supply ball bushings in closed, slotted, and open designs. In addition, our portfolio includes flanged ball bushings in various configurations as well as complete bearing units with aluminum or cast iron housings. For combined, unlimited linear and rotational motion, our rotary ball bushings are available, while low‑friction short‑stroke ball bushings are designed for fast, limited linear and rotational movements. For anti‑rotation shaft guidance, we offer a wide selection of torque ball bushings that ensure backlash‑free guidance even under high loads and tilting moments. Our range is completed by hardened and precision‑ground steel shafts supplied as solid, hollow, or inch shafts—optionally hard‑chrome plated or stainless steel—as well as matching shaft supports and shaft blocks made of aluminum or cast iron.

BOXEXPERT presents the Treva series, a professional solution for mechanical engineering and automation technology. Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is guaranteed by shielded cables and the dissipation of interference currents via the sheet steel housing wall. In contrast to plastic control cabinets, Treva cabinets offer excellent EMC protection thanks to the conductivity of the material. The robust housings made of cold-rolled steel are characterized by shock resistance (IK10) and are resistant to vandalism, dust, moisture and UV radiation (IP66). The included cable flange plate and mounting plate facilitate flexible cabling and assembly of the electronic components. BOXEXPERT offers a wide range of accessories including brackets, rain cover, circuit diagram holder and more. Treva is the robust all-rounder for versatile applications in the control cabinet area.
