Sine filters
Sine filters effectively protect the motor insulation with frequency inverter drives and thereby extend their lifetime. They reduce supplementary losses and noise emissions from the motor. All-pole sine filters also enable the use of unshielded motor lines. The reduction in common mode currents in the system’s grounding scheme minimizes leakage currents and results in optimum EMC performance for the drive. The sine filter achieves a very high filter effect through precise low pass adjustment to the frequency inverter’s switching frequency. BLOCK sine filters are produced with Future Winding technology and are therefore specifically optimized for performance. They achieve a better cooling effect compared with traditional filters along with lower proximity losses.

Single column SNT short and long version
The new SNT single column is characterized by its high-precision and stability, which is made possible by specially bonded profiles. Thanks to the new guide technology, which enables minimal frictional forces, a very low noise level is guaranteed. The column is also characterized by its high stability thanks to its geometry. Up to 4 lifting columns can be connected to one SCT control box and operated synchronously. T-Slots on 2 sides (width 6 mm) allow the attachment of trusses, clipboards, attachments and superstructures along much of the leg. Our powerful battery solution is the ideal addition to make these workstations flexible and mobile. The 24V control unit is powered by a rechargeable battery, which enables uninterrupted operation. Thanks to this technology, the application is no longer tied to power sockets and the workstation can be adapted entirely to the customer's needs and requirements. In this way, we create further optimization options that increase productivity.

The good news is that the further development of Ethernet transmission technology and PoE power supply with currently up to 90 W also creates new applications with Ethernet interfaces. In addition, there is a growing need for uniform, lean transmission technology, both in terms of the transmission protocol and the hardware, connectors and cabling. Ideally, right down to the field level to the sensors and actuators. This should be possible with Single Pair Ethernet (SPE). With the start in the automotive industry, the technology begins to find its way into industry and, in the long term, into buildings. The SPE topic has been known for some time and since the SPS 2019 trade fair at the latest, it has made itself felt in all media. As an innovative manufacturer for high quality in the field of contact technology and connecting elements in the market segments of industrial electronics, data and communication technology as well as in building technology, we at METZ CONNECT also deal with single pair Ethernet technology. SL5000 Aluminium Control Housing
Due to its modern design, the SL5000 clearly stands out from previous control housings and is convincing nevertheless due to its high flexibility and modularity. Four different profiles in combination allow a wide variety of applications and profile depths - optionally as a front or rear door version. The contour of the profiles offer a very high rigidity, whereby different dimensions in height and width can be realized, also in combination with an additional desk housing. The front can be designed as a classic front panel as well as a full-surface glass front or as a combination with dividers. The high degree of protection, individual colouring and mechanical processing round off the SL5000.
