Von der Idee, über die Realisierung bis zur Instandhaltung bieten wir unseren Kunden das komplette Leistungsspektrum an. Im Rahmen der Konzeptphase bis zur tatsächlichen Beauftragung berät unser Vertrieb und erstellt Angebote über praxistaugliche und wirtschaftliche Lösungskonzepte. Ggf. erforderliche Machbarkeitsstudien und Simulationen, zur Absicherung der Machbarkeit vor Auftragserteilung, bieten wir ebenfalls in unserem Labor- und Versuchsbereich an. Nach Auftragserteilung erfolgt das Engineering. In unserem Konstruktionsteam wird Ihre Anlage sowohl mechanisch als auch elektrisch konstruiert. In unserer Fertigung und Montage fertigen wir einen großen Teil der benötigten Einzelteile selbst, der Einkauf beschafft das Zukaufmaterial termingerecht, bevor es dann mechanisch zu Ihrer Anlage zusammenmontiert, elektrisch verdrahtet und in Betrieb genommen wird. Die Software der Anlagensteuerung auf SPS-Basis, der einzelnen Roboter, von Kamerasystemen und sonstigen Prozessen erfolgt vollständig durch unsere eigene Programmierabteilung. Der Dokumentation mit damit verbundene Risikoanalyse nach Maschinenrichtlinie und den aktuell gültigen Norman inklusive der Erstellung der Herstellererklärung bzw.
