Rotary tables (DT, TP & miniTURN)
IEF rotating units of the DT series comprise of stainless steel and aluminium. They are available in many different designs. The rotary tables DT 80/100, DT 100/140 and DT 160/200 are designed for motor-powered operation. They work with a high-quality screw gear, with a reverse play which can be minimised by supply of the screw wheel. The hollow shaft gives the constructor additional space for putting hoses and cables. The rotary table TP 004 is a simply designed turning unit of high-quality gear and with drive motor as a main component. It is equipped with an inductive reference switch by default. It can be delivered with different transmissions. The miniTURN-series is a compact rotating unit with low weight. It was specifically developed for quick and precise positioning of small parts. The unit can be used both alone or in combination with linear units. Typical areas of use of the rotary tables are measuring technology, micro-assembly and the semi-conductor industry.

Rotary-swivel unit RT3A100
The universal solution for handling, assembly technology, machine tools, laser processing and… … for your application as well The rotary table combination RT3A100 consists of two directly driven rotary tables of the RT3A100 series. The B-axis has a swivelling range from approx. -10° to +110°; the C-axis can be rotated infinitely. The unit is driven by two integrated 3-phase synchronous motors. The drive guarantees highest dynamics and precision. An innovative clamping unit integrated in the housing guarantees high holding forces when the drives are switched off without position changes on the axes. By means of compressed are impact, the holding torque can be increased from 15Nm to 20Nm for special applications. The complete system is supplied as ready-to-connect unit.

Rotation and X/Y compensation unit RT-KA
Do you need angle of rotation compensation with additional degrees of freedom in the X and Y directions? The RT-KA series enables this combined compensation with a significantly reduced installation height and lower weight at the same time. Centric locking is also possible here.

Position and orientation tolerances around the Z-axis will no longer be an issue in the future - with the RT series from IPR, you can easily compensate for an angular offset of up to 5°. Locking is possible in both central and deflected position.

ROTAX® Rxhq 110-50T1.5 M16 Compact Hollow Shaft Motor
The direct drive developed in-house impresses with its flat design, compact external dimensions and a hollow shaft with a diameter of 50mm. Cables, vacuum or compressed air lines, light and laser beams, glass fibers or camera lenses can thus be easily guided through the hollow shaft. The absolute measuring system allows an immediate start without previous referencing. With a resolution of 120'000 inc. per revolution, repeatability of ± 11arcsec can be achieved. The single-cable connection can be supplied in right-hand or left-hand output configuration. Together with the patented “Force Calibration” function, undesired cogging, weight and friction forces of the ROTAX® Rxhq direct drives can be easily compensated. This makes it possible to specify, limit and monitor forces in processes. Together with the Forceteq® basic technology included in the XENAX® servo controller, complete force/distance diagrams can be recorded - an additional torque sensor is not necessary. This makes it possible to specify, limit and monitor forces in processes. ROTEX GS Backlash-free couplings
As a further development of ROTEX the backlash-free ROTEX GS has become the standard for numerous applications in servo technology. The five different spider hardnesses allow to adapt the stiffness and the vibration behaviour individually to every application. The ability for axial plug-in ensures a coupling system with easy assembly. With a large number of various hub designs and types, requests of the customers can be realized easily and fast. Coupling combinations like, for example, combinations with the backlash-free safety system KTR SI can be realized, too. Subject to its coupling design ROTEX GS is supposed to be fail-safe and can therefore be used on critical vertical axes, too.

ROTEX Jaw coupling
For more than 40 years ROTEX is the standard for elastic jaw clutches. Flexible, resilient, axial pluggable and maintenance-free it conveys the torsional moment into tight cross-section and further absorbs the vibrations in the engine reliably. Due to a diversity of models, an adequate clutch can be found for all exigencies. New: by now also with the novel and easy to install DZ cleat panels in a sizable range of performance.
