With the RollerDrive RU Series, a servomotor is mechanically reduced while maintaining powerful torque, rigidity and stability. An output motion faithful to input control commands can be attained by achieving zero-backlash with our unique preloaded mechanism. This is a revolutionary FA motion control unit, which combines rolling transmission for high-efficiency and elimination of wear, an orthogonal layout of input and output axes for greater compactness, and standard features like a large diameter hollow shaft for greater ease-of-use.

The DVL/DVE series is based on the filter fan series LV and provides a wide variety of low-cost solutions for roof-mounted ventilation. The hood features labyrinth-pattern air ducts to prevent the ingress of dust and water. Easy fitting without tools; simply remove the hood for easy filter replacement from outside. Available in 2 sizes fitted with different fans, or as roof ventilator DVE without fan. DVE ventilator can also be combined with LV filter fans.

A roof-mounted fan extracts warm air from inside the switchgear cabinet, thereby helping the circulation of warm air and preventing heat accumulation in the upper section of the cabinet. A robust sheet-steel hood with a stepped rim prevents water from entering. An all-round filter mat for protection class IP54 is available as an option. Radial fans generate a high air flow with low noise emissions. The roof vent DE 400 without fan is fitted with a filter mat that can be replaced from indoors as standard. Roof-mounted fan DL 1500, which is characterised by its high air flow and particularly low noise emission, is predestined for use in server cabinets.

These robust aluminium die-cast enclosures provide, thanks to their comprehensive range of more than 40 sizes, from 45 x50 x 30 mm to 600 x 600 x 200 mm, a standardised enclosure system for industrial applications. They are eminently suitable for the installation of electrical and electromechanical components, including terminals, buttons, switching elements and electronic modules containing PCBs. A standardised, but also individualised range of accessories enables us to meet customers' individual requirements and supply specified products. The AD 11, AD 12 and AD 14 rotary drive units are synchronous machines with a high power density. The motors achieve a torque of 1 - 4 Nm at speeds between 230 and 1000 rpm in a compact package. This enables gearless operation in many applications. Thanks to a special protection provided by a double-row angular contact ball bearing, high axial loads are also possible without any problems. This means that the drive units can be connected directly to a machine without a coupling and can therefore be easily integrated into existing production lines.

As of now, Georg Schlegel GmbH & Co. KG offers rotary knobs with integrated potentiometers for its SHORTRON and OKTRON-JUWEL series. Apart from these instantly usable rotary knobs, the variants to use your own potentiometer will still be avaliable. These are meant for customers who need resistance values other than the avaliable potentiometers with 1kΩ, 5kΩ, 10kΩ and 50 kΩ. The rotary switches for the SHORTRON series (SR1K, SR5K, SR10K, SR50K) will be available in the colours silver and black as well as with stainless steel front bezel. The rotary switches for the OKTRON-JUWEL series (OKJR1K, OKJR5K, OKJR10K, OKJR50K) are available in black. The rotary switches are designed for temperature ranges from -20°C to 70°C, the degree of protection is IP66/IP69K. The mechanical life is up to 100.000 rotation cycles with a rotation angle of 260°. On the screw connection a nominal voltage of max. 160 volts with a nominal capacity of max. 0.1 watts can be applied. The mounting depth for both variants is 31 mm, the panel cutout for SHORTRON is 22.3 mm, for OKTRON-JUWEL 23.1 x 23.1mm.
