The AMT PostPro SFX is an advanced machine for automated chemical smoothing of 3D printed parts. This innovative solution uses AMT's environmentally friendly PostPro Pure chemistry and delivers smooth, aesthetically pleasing surfaces that meet the highest industrial standards in various industries. The chemically smoothed parts not only feel high-quality, but also have improved mechanical properties and longer durability. Materials such as Nylon 12 from Formlabs can be effectively smoothed. Different bevel gearbox families consisting of 4-10 sizes for versatile use as an angular gearbox. Ketterer produces the bevel gears itself, drawing on expert knowledge and many years of experience in the field of gear technology. Special bevel gear teeth ensure smooth running of the gears, allowing them to be used even in noise-sensitive environments. The gearbox are characterised by a compact design with maximum torque, sturdiness and smooth power transmission. The uncomplicated mounting is made possible by a simple screw fixing.

The gripper features a robust design, making it suitable for use in harsh environments. With a large drive piston area, it delivers maximum gripping force. The wide opening angle allows for gripping objects of various sizes. Additionally, the gripper is available in different versions, including one with a stroke limit.

For fast gripping processes in which various workpieces are handled chaotically, we now offer the universal WGS angular gripper series. With two jaws, an opening angle of 30° (total) and optional gripping force retention by spring, the WGS angular grippers fit seamlessly into any application.
