AKM2G Servo Motor
AKM2G represents the latest evolution of the industry-leading AKM motor family With significant torque increases in the same motor size OEMs can achieve substantial performance improvement without changing the motor mounting or using more machine space. Designers needing to reduce machine size benefit from AKM2G’s ability to deliver increased power and torque density in a smaller footprint. - Extensive selection of feedback options to match application and performance requirements including options that support functional safety - Shaft, mounting, and connector options - Holding brake and thermal sensor options - Available low voltage models bring the benefits of AKM2G to portable, mobile and battery powered applications where higher efficiency translates to a smaller motor with lower energy demand

AksIM-4 Dual Concentric
The AksIM-4 dual concentric high-performance encoder integrates two non-contact absolute rotary sensors in a single device. This innovative solution provides simultaneous motor and reducer position feedback in a robot joint for exceptionally smooth, synchronised, and accurate motion control. Its compact, space-saving design makes it perfect for advanced robotics and other applications where installation space is limited, without sacrificing accuracy, reliability, or performance. Features Two-in-one encoder solution Ultra-compact, low-profile design High accuracy and repeatability Multiturn counter option Immunity to external magnetic fields Benefits Saves space Reduces complexity in robotic joints Immediate feedback at power-up Reliable performance even in demanding environments

AksIM-4™ with Hiperface DSL Protocol
AksIM-4 is a non-contact, high performance off-axis absolute rotary encoder. It is designed for integration into applications with limited space. A hollow ring, true absolute functionality and Hiperface DSL protocol make this encoder suitable for compact servo motor applications. The AksIM-4 encoder system consists of an axially magnetised ring and a readhead. Features True absolute system Custom magnetic sensor ASIC Self-calibration option Low profile, non contact Benefits Reduced wiring complexity High speed data transmission Cost efficient Possibility for more compact motor design

ALERT
The ALERT software is a flexible alerting tool for streamlining processes and increasing the profitability of automated systems. It offers efficient solutions for disfunction message forwarding in industry and building automation, among others – for smooth processes and optimized on-call planning. ALERT supports the protocols OPC DA / AE / UA, BACnet, Modbus and MQTT, and communicates via specific connectors with industrial machines, visualization systems from various manufacturers and IoT environments. Extensive, individual programming can be easily implemented using an integrated script editor to also connect other systems to ALERT. Thanks to many specially developed drivers, ALERT works perfectly with external devices and applications as with different communication systems. Furthermore, sophisticated on-call management functions provide ergonomic and effective escalation procedures. Continuous product improvements and openness to a wide variety of structures promote Micromedia's continuous growth. Since the German branch was founded in 2012, over 1000 licenses have been installed in Germany and the initial annual turnover has quadrupled.
