Technical characteristics of the panel PLC: All PLC panels use CODESYS version V3 as automation software. All programming is done with the CODESYS Soft PLC runtime system according to the IEC 61131-3 standard. This gives you a PLC operating panel with which you can control, visualize and communicate. CODESYS as control software offers the advantage that existing applications can be easily transferred to the new control panel. Depending on the license, the following are used - CODESYS WebVisu - CODESYS TargetVisu - CODESYS WebVisu & CODESYS TargetVisu The fieldbus licenses EtherCAT and Modbus-TCP are included in all variants. The premium enclosure for electronics & devices IP 66, IP 67 - Optional: IP 69K aluCASE is a highly attractive and very versatile range of diecast aluminium enclosures for industrial electronics. The design is perfect for mounting to a wall or a machine, or for use as a mobile instrument. The enclosures are sealed to IP 67 for indoor and outdoor applications. Hot jet wash IP 69K is also available. The enclosures can be mounted without opening the lid which means your electronics remain protected at all times. Whatever the application, aluCASE provides the very best housing solution for your components. Designer features include a recessed lid, for fitting a membrane keypad, front plate or product label, clip-on design covers in plastic or aluminium that hide the lid screws and mounting holes, integrated hinges and lid retaining straps (on most models). Two versions are available with transparent lids. Threaded screw bosses are provided in the base and lid for PCBs, mounting plates, DIN rails etc. An optional key lock provides security access. After the »mounting« of the lid and the fixation with the securing screws, they turn into »compact cabinets« with stainless steel screws and stainless steel threaded bushings. BOXEXPERT presents the Alster series, aluminum empty enclosures for demanding applications. In mechanical engineering and plant engineering, these housings must withstand external influences. The robust and waterproof AlSi 12 aluminum housings are ideal for protecting and wiring electronics in various applications, especially in EMC-critical environments. The aluminum material enables optimal dissipation of interference currents via the housing wall. The special EMC special coating reinforces the basic protection for electromagnetic compatibility. Manufactured using a die-casting process, the Alster housings offer high process stability and minimal manufacturing tolerances. The housing surface is corrosion and weather-resistant, and is also powder-coated for UV insensitivity. With protection ratings of IP66, IP67 and IP68, they are waterproof and robust against moisture, oils and alkalis. The impact resistance level of IK09 makes it ideal for mechanical and plant engineering. The housing seal made of low-wear polyurethane offers further protection against dust and liquids. The tongue and groove principle between the seal and the housing cover achieves a protection class of at least IP66. Integrated threaded holes enable installations such as DIN rails and mounting plates to be easily attached without additional housing processing. The attractive design makes the Alster housings also suitable as control housings, ideal for smaller installations and control elements. Special ground screws are included in the accessories.

The aluminum profiles themselves have now also been added, along with the associated connecting parts. Ganter always thinks in terms of applications – that is the great strength of the market leader in standard parts. The same is true for the newest additions to the product portfolio: system-based aluminum profiles. The anodized, extruded profiles match the dimensions and properties of the longstanding systems of Bosch and Item, with heavy and light versions, a variety of cross-sections, dimensions and slot arrangements. For some time, Ganter’s product range has included many key elements for the custom use of profile systems. These include diverse angle brackets, T-nuts and everything else for attaching parts directly and indirectly to modular profile constructions: U-handles, hinges, panel support clamps and leveling feet, just to list a few examples.
