      BOXEXPERT presents the Treva ATEX series, a specially developed enclosure solution for explosive environments. The robust cold-rolled sheet steel housings offer a maximum impact resistance rating of IK10 and an IP66 protection rating, making them resilient in extreme conditions. The optionally available stainless steel version not only meets the requirements of explosion protection, but also hygiene requirements in chemical environments. Treva ATEX enclosures are certified according to the Equipment and Protection Systems Directive 2014/34/EU. The LOM or Dekra certification ensures suitability for use in zones 1 and 2 (gas) and 21 and 22 (dust). The series offers increased safety in accordance with EN 60079-7 to avoid sparks and excessive temperatures. A 2 mm thick mounting plate made of galvanized sheet steel is included, which allows electrical components to be attached without affecting the housing properties. The Treva ATEX series also offers a wide range of accessories, including a modular frame, an additional inner door and special ATEX cable glands for secure cable entry with increased safety (Ex e II) and flameproof enclosure (Ex d II). Treva ATEX stands for certified safety and reliability in potentially explosive environments.

As with all INOPLACER models, the basis is solid and precise mechanical engineering using high-quality components. 2 variants: PRO-22x with double head PRO-26 with 6-way placement head Placement capacity 2,000 Bt/h or 8,000 Bt/h. The tool changer provides a high degree of flexibility for the components to be processed. The 50 mm Z-stroke allows even large components to be placed. The PRO 22x achieves a placement speed of 2,000 components per hour. INOPLACER PRO 26 is trimmed for speed and has 6 placement heads and also 6 high-speed cameras. Since chip designs are mainly placed, there is no tool changer and the Z-stroke of 20 mm is sufficient. The PRO 26 achieves a placement speed of 8,000 components per hour.
