      Quiet Operation: with 22GPT LN and 32GPT LN

      New, low-noise gearhead models for the GPT family FAULHABER expands its successful GPT family with two new high-performance models that stand out for their exceptionally quiet operation: the 22GPT LN and 32GPT LN. These gearheads have been specifically designed for applications where noise reduction is crucial – such as in laboratories, optical devices, medical equipment, or testing and measuring systems. Compact, Powerful, and Quiet Like all models in the GPT series, the new Low Noise variants combine high torque with a compact design and proven reliability. They deliver up to 2.2 Nm and 8 Nm respectively for the 22GPT LN and 32GPT LN in intermittent operation and can manage occasional random peak torques of up to 4 Nm and 12 Nm. Thanks to their optimized design and an input stage with plastic gears, the 22GPT LN and 32GPT LN operate with extremely low noise – without compromising performance, robustness or durability. Compared to the standard version, the low noise variants are able to reduce noise by up to 10 dB. Robust for Demanding Conditions The stainless-steel housing provides reliable protection even in challenging environments. The gearheads are rated for a wide temperature range from –30 °C to +110 °C and maintain their high efficiency even during frequent or sudden load changes. This makes them ideal companions for high-torque motors. The new Low Noise models impress not only with their technical performance but also with an excellent price-performance ratio.       Bachmann electronic has taken a decisive step forward in the development of its new M100 system: The M100 platform is now becoming a standalone, complete automation system thanks to a comprehensive family of control modules. The CPU spectrum initially comprises eight models. The CPU range initially comprises eight models from the CPS100 family. They are equipped with powerful x86 processors from Intel. The performance range extends from a dual-core CPU with 1200 MHz to a quad-core module with 1.9 GHz. Technologically, the M100 system marks a paradigm shift: for the first time, Bachmann is using Linux with PREEMPT_RT configuration as the real-time operating system for a control platform. At the same time, security was considered from the start: All CPUs come standard with a TPM 2.0 chip, support Secure Boot down to the kernel, and meet the requirements of the IEC 62443 and ISO 27001 standards. Even fieldbus couplers are equipped with Secure Boot to prevent tampering in the supply chain. The usability of the engineering tools has also been redesigned. In the web-based station configurator of the SolutionCenter, channels can be configured in the same way regardless of the fieldbus used. Module channels can be assigned automatically to minimize configuration effort. Tool-free potential bridges, push-in terminals, and QR codes for quick module identification also speed up installation and commissioning. With all these innovations, robustness remains a key promise: The modules can withstand shock accelerations of up to 30 g, continuous vibrations of 6 g, operating temperatures from –30°C to +70°C, and condensation. EMC-safe metal housings, screws with captive fasteners, and a stable bus rail with screw mounting ensure maximum availability – not least in harsh environments.

A click system of boards and components simplifies the previously laborious process of assembling power distribution systems in enclosures. The end result is a time saving of up to 30 percent in engineering and 50 percent in assembly compared to conventional busbar systems. A further advantage is that RiLineX boosts sustainability by reducing plastic waste and increasing decentralised supply opportunities, with fewer shipments of heavy copper required. The innovative solution has been declared a winner by the German Design Award 2025 for its product design.

The Rogowski coil in combination with the QE-485 universal converter offers you freely configurable analogue and digital outputs, as well as an RS-485 Modbus RTU interface. The 3 phase integrator ROI-3 is ideally suited for the output with 3 x 1A. The integrator circuit is necessary to correct the phase position of the passive Rogowski coil by 90°. The Rogowski coils are available in cable lenghts of 3m, 5m and 10m. Other variants possible on request.
