Trustpoint is built as a modular, open-source software stack for industrial certificate and identity management, designed to run reliably in OT environments. At its core, Trustpoint is a web-based PKI management platform that can operate either as a local Certificate Authority (CA) or as a Registration Authority (RA) connected to upstream PKIs. The stack provides native support for industrial enrollment and management protocols such as CMP (RFC 9480/9483), EST (RFC 7030), and REST-based APIs, enabling interoperability with a wide range of devices, automation systems, and existing PKI infrastructures. A protocol orchestrator abstracts these interfaces, allowing devices to be onboarded and managed using different methods without changing the underlying trust model. Trustpoint includes built-in components for certificate lifecycle management—issuance, renewal, revocation (CRL), and trust store distribution—combined with domain-based trust separation, where devices are grouped under dedicated cryptographic policies and issuing authorities. Keys can be generated locally, securely handled, and optionally protected using HSM or PKCS#11 interfaces. The platform is containerized (Docker-first), enabling flexible deployment in factories, edge environments, or isolated (air-gapped) networks. A web UI and REST API support user-driven onboarding, browser-based credential retrieval, and automation workflows, while Zero-Touch Onboarding mechanisms (e.g., IDevID-based onboarding) are integrated as part of the stack. Published under the MIT license, the Trustpoint software stack is designed to be extensible, vendor-neutral, and suitable for long-term operation in industrial environments with limited connectivity, legacy devices, and strict security requirements.

With the new "MC55 High," WERMA Signaltechnik continues the success story of the compact MC55 signal light series. The 55 mm diameter light has a higher dome, offering significantly better visibility – even from a greater distance or at unfavourable viewing angles. It can be flexibly integrated and is ideal for applications where status indicators must be in the operator's direct field of vision, such as on machines, conveyor belts, in robot cells, or on peripheral devices. "With the MC55 High, we have created a solution that seamlessly adapts to the requirements of modern industrial environments – visible from afar, eye-catching, flexible, and smartly expandable," says Daniel Kensy, Head of Development at WERMA. "The new design with a higher dome was developed specifically in response to feedback from our customers and represents the next logical step within the MC55 family."

On the outside, nothing has changed. But the completely reworked RF IS FL wireless inductive sensors, which steute steute business division Controltec will be presenting at the AAA 2025, feature new high-utility functions for users in mechanical and plant engineering, as well as industrial manufacturing. The steute engineers have managed to open up these additional application fields by developing their latest generation as FLexible sensors with digital autocalibration. The inductive sensors now no longer have a fixed switching point, but adjust their switching point automatically and dynamically to the situation in question. And this includes the distinction between flush and non-flush mounting. The sensors can even adjust to dynamic changes, such as increasing dirt levels. The sensors are thus always fit for use and only switch when required by the situation or the user. The second goal – reduced power consumption – has also been achieved. Certain measures now considerably lengthen the battery lifetime in the universal radio modules, suitable for connection to up to four RF IS FL. Overall, the power requirement could be reduced by as much as 80%, compared to the previous model.

The Z+F AM UP6 is an electropneumatic stripper-crimper for the efficient processing of loose insulated wire ferrules.
