IAI-Cartesian-Robot
Cartesian Robots Systems IAI offers Cartesian-robots as 2- and 3-axis combinations, based on the well establish linear-axes of the RCP6-series. They are either equipped with a 24 V, or with 230 V servo motors in hundreds of different configurations as standard or precision types. All systems are compact, highly-stable units with a low weight and high rigidity. Each robot-system is delivered with the associated connecting parts and cabling and can be installed immediately in a production line. A wide range of configurations ensures that all the special requirements of every user can be met. The repeatability of all Cartesian robot systems is +/- 0.01 mm. The vertical installed axes can also be equipped with a brake, making sure that the slider is prevented from sinking down in the event of an unexpected interruption of the power supply. High-resolution battery-less absolute encoders All IAI Cartesian-robots also features of course high-resolution battery-less absolute encoders on all installed axes. So, these robots deliver all advantages of this technology as well: no need for homing operations or home sensors, no battery maintenance and problem-free restart after emergency stops. Small working envelope One of the key advantages of Cartesian-robots is their optimized working envelope which covers only the needed working space of the application. The individual combination of different length of all single axes, and even the number of axes, gives the maximum flexibility in designing exactly the handling system which is really and only needed. Complete Handling-Systems In combination of the Cartesian-robots with the electrical gripper and rotary-axes of IAI, it is indeed very simple to design complete compressed-air-free electrical handling-systems. Such Cartesian-robots doing a great job at all kind of handling applications, pick-and-place, palletizing or many other jobs in production, logistics or quality assurance departments in all industries.

IBH Link S5++
The IBH link S5++ is a cost-efficient alternative solution for conventional PLC-PC-connections via Ethernet. If a PLC has to be connected via Ethernet with a PC, usually a CP communication processor needs to be applied to the PLCs rack. Due to the increasing integration in automation technology, more than ever a connection from a PLC to a PC is required. In general, the communication processors (e.g. CPs from Siemens, or Ethernet components from other manufacturers) are used for the connection to the PLC. As an alternative solution, IBHsoftec has recently introduced the IBHLink S5++ for connecting a PLC with a PC. The IBHLink S5++ is a compact and robust Ethernet-converter within a 15-pin Sub-D-housing for a connection via a switch, a hub or even directly to a PC with a common network adaptor. The used protocol is the standard TCP/IP protocol. In this way, the user can benefit from all the advantages of Ethernet like remote maintenance via a standard router or VPN-connections (Virtual Private Network). Likewise, a direct connection to the Internet is possible. All required drivers for the STEP5 V7.16 or higher and for S5 for Windows® are included . Of course you can also use it with the IBH OPC Server. S7-HMI devices can read and write variables from the S5 PLC using the RFC1006 protocol. Also the FETCH/WRITE protoccol is supported. Besides the programming capabilities also an application programming interface for HMI applications is included. For Windows operating systems there are samples in the languages Visual Basic, Visual C, Visual C++, VB.net, Visual C#, Delphi, Java, Excel included.

IBH Link UA Quad Core 64 Bit
Embedded OPC UA server/client with integrated firewall for SIMATIC, Mitsubishi and Rockwell controllers. It is a compact device for DIN rail mounting with two 1Gbit Ethernet ports and a 24V power supply. The IBH Link UA Quad Core 64 Bit is a much more powerful device for demanding applications, as it works with a 64 bit 1.8 Ghz processor with 4GB RAM. (For comparison: The IBH Link UA Quad Core 32 Bit works with a 32 Bit 1 Ghz processor with 2GB RAM.) Furthermore, the IBH Link UA Quad Core offers the possibility to extend the functionality with Cloud Services by using an SD card. MQTT connection: User-defined OPC UA variables can be exchanged with an MQTT broker/server. The IBH Link UA can therefore be used as a layer between machines and control systems (MES, ERP...) independently of controllers. Support of data models and methods with Python: To link data models or companion specs with Python modules on the IBH Link UA, the desired companion spec or data model is integrated into the project on the IBH Link UA. The OPC Foundation has specified data models for a variety of industries. For industrial automation, for example, there are data models for the automation of production plants and machines, such as machine control, monitoring and diagnostics, as well as production process management and energy management. This means that all the possibilities offered by Python can be used. GDS - Global Discovery Service (Server/Client): A Global Discovery Server (GDS) provides mechanisms for the central administration of the following components: • CA-signed certificates and self-signed certificates • Trusted lists and certificate revocation lists (CRL) A GDS thus provides an access point for central certificate management. It therefore takes on the role of a security server within an OPC UA network. Optionally, it is possible to install a GDS server from Unified Automation as a Docker container.

IBL Vapor Phase Premium Batch-Series
BLC Series Premium Batch Vapor Phase The BLC series is an environmentally friendly and flexible system series for high-quality soldering. The Premium series can easily handle complex soldering applications. A mixture of large and small components can be soldered at the same time without them overheating. The "Intelligent Profiling System" gives the user full control over the temperature rise. Together with the "Soft Vapor Phase", there is no need to worry about the components' temperature increasing too high. The low energy consumption compared to other soldering systems leads to even lower operating costs. The system has excellent heat transfer in an inert oxygen-free atmosphere, without the need for expensive nitrogen. The two-chamber system with a large touch display makes this machine user-friendly, easy to set up and use. Soldering is possible regardless of the assembly weight with the same profile.
