Human Machine Interfaces
uHMIs are compact control and signal devices, designed to controll machines and systems in an industrial environment. Power contactors can be operated with the integrated semiconductor power drivers without a coupling relay. The buttons are debounced via software and have a minimum duty cycle of 200ms. With a robust, powder-coated aluminum housing and fully encapsulated electronics, the control units are protected from environmental influences such as liquids and numerous chemicals such as alkalis, acids and oils. Of course, the polyester front foil also has a very high chemical resistance (DIN 42 115). The connection to the supply voltage is made via a 5-pole or 8-pole PVC / PVC cable with a length of 5m. HV600 - the latest generation of Yaskawa inverter drives - specially designed for use in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC)
The new heating, ventilation and air conditioning inverter drive in the HV600 range provide exceptionally reliable motor control. They consequently meet the stringent requirements for flexibility, performance, availability and user-friendliness demanded by building automation applications. Each HV600 is supplied with application-specific software settings, a hands-off auto-LCD operator unit, a high-visibility status ring so that the drive status can be seen quickly and a real time clock for system accuracy. Hybrid cable One Cable Solution OCS - Connected at a distance
STOBER has further developed its One Cable Solution (OCS) in cooperation with encoder manufacturer HEIDENHAIN and launched the next generation on the market. With the future-proof HEIDENHAIN EnDat® 3 protocol, the new hybrid cable can reliably connect motors and drive controllers at a distance of up to 100 metres. The user receives a complete system consisting of synchronous servomotor, cable and matching drive controller. To connect a motor to a drive controller, two cables are usually used: one transmits the encoder data, the other the electrical power. With OCS, a hybrid cable takes over both tasks. With small weak points: If the encoder and drive controller are further than 15 metres apart, the data can no longer be transmitted without interference. In this case, one output choke per cable becomes necessary. This component is expensive and requires additional space in the control cabinet. Since chokes generate heat, appropriate cooling is required. STOBER has solved these problems in cooperation with HEIDENHAIN: They have further developed the already existing STOBER single-cable solution and optimised it especially for highly dynamic applications in drag chains.

Hybrid relay RK 3070
Switching of high inductive and capacitive loads The hybrid relay RK 3070 from the POWERSWITCH series is used to switch inductive or capacitive loads, for example energy-saving and LED lamps or switching power supplies with high inrush currents. A triac switches on at the zero crossing of the AC voltage. The continuous current is then conducted via the parallel-connected relay contact, thereby minimising power loss. This combination allows high inrush currents to be switched without contact bounce or arcing. This ensures a significantly longer service life.
