Parts can be transferred directly from the printer to Form Wash and either rinsed directly on the build platform or removed and placed in the wash basket. Form Wash is designed for parts printed on the Form 3 and Form 3B, and can also be used for rinsing smaller parts printed on our large format 3D printers, Form 3L and Form 3BL. Compatible with Form 3, Form 3L, Form 3B, Form 3BL, and Form 2.

Formlabs Form Wash (Gen 2)
Discover the innovation of the Form Wash (2nd generation), which cleans your printed parts thoroughly and efficiently with IPA. Simply leave your printed parts either on the build platform or remove them from the print bed and place them in the wash basket. A precise impeller rinses the parts thoroughly with solvent, even in the smallest gaps, and automatically for the optimal duration. After the wash cycle is finished, the Form Wash automatically lifts your parts out of the IPA so they can air dry. Discover other outstanding features of the Form Wash: Adaptable platform mount: Easily switch between build platforms with adaptive platform mounts that can be adjusted to different heights and widths. Optimized cleaning mechanism: Enjoy a thorough and efficient cleaning of your parts thanks to a redesigned cleaning mechanism that moves the solvent three times more than before. Flexible solvent amount: Adjust the amount of solvent depending on the size and number of your parts to make the best use of resources. Compatible with various solvents: With the Form Wash (2nd generation) you can use different solvents to achieve optimal cleaning performance. While IPA is recommended for the best cleaning performance, the Form Wash (2nd Gen) is also compatible with alternative solvents such as TPM, allowing you to choose the cleaning agent that best suits your needs and preferences. Experience the ease and efficiency of automated cleaning with the Form Wash (2nd Gen) and optimize your post-processing process for 3D printed parts.

Formlabs Form Wash L
With the brand new Form Wash L from Formlabs, even large-format components from the Formlabs Form 3L or Formlabs Form 3BL 3D printer can now be cleaned easily and efficiently. Fully automated cleaning system Once the component has been printed, the component can be easily inserted into the Form Wash L using the construction platform. Finally, any excess resin that still adheres to the component is removed using the alcohol isopropanol. All you have to do is set the time for the wash cycle. This then runs automatically until the device lifts the component out of the isopropanol after approx. 15 minutes and allows it to air dry before it is transferred to the Form Cure L for further processing. With the reduced manual intervention on the Form Wash L, you save time, gain efficiency when reworking your parts and achieve top results.

Formlabs Form Wash L (Gen 2)
The Formlabs Form Wash L (2nd Generation) optimizes post-processing of stereolithography prints by automating the washing process and using 1.5 times more movement than its predecessor. This results in clean, smooth, high-quality parts with no residue. Once the washing process is complete, the station automatically lifts the parts out of the solvent to allow air drying and prevent warping. Benefits at a glance: - Automatic post-processing: Optimal cleaning for SLA and MSLA prints - Versatile use: Parts can be cleaned on the build platform or in the basket - Preset programs: Customized wash settings for all Formlabs materials - Compatibility: Suitable for all Formlabs 3D printers and platforms The Form Wash L (2nd Generation) is the ideal solution for simple, reliable, and precise post-processing - for first-class results every time.

Frameless Motors
Frameless motors have only two main components - stator and rotor - in common with conventional motors. This is a decisive advantage when it comes to tailor-cut design and individual integration into customer-specific systems. Due to the direct integration into machines or device assemblies and the hollow shaft concept with cable, compressed air, vacuum, fiber optic and laser feedthroughs, frameless motors require very little space. At the same time, they are highly efficient and durable and run stably and reliably in quiet operation. The KOCO MOTION motors are characterized by an immediate peak torque of up to 2400 Nm, a maximum motor speed of up to 900 rpm and a high level of user-friendliness. The frameless motors are also highly precise. They are backlash-free during high-precision and high-speed operations and have an extremely high level of positioning accuracy. KOCO MOTION supports and advises on the optimal design and integration of the modularly configurable frameless motors into customer systems. Since the compact motors are used in a wide variety of industries, such as robotics, mechanical engineering, packaging technology, semiconductor manufacturing or medical technology, it is important to precisely adapt and select all the necessary motor components. This is the only way to really get the best out of the frameless motor.
