Fluke Ruska 7250LP Digital Pressure Controller
• Dual range, select from 2.5/7.5 kPa (10/30 inH2O) or 5/15 kPa (20/60 inH2O) or 10/25 kPa (35/100 inH2O) range combinations • Precision: 0.005 % of reading from 25 % to 100 % Full Scale (FS) • Control stability: 0.004 % of each range • Resolution to 0.01 Pa (0.0001 inH2O) • Time to set point: 30 seconds with no overshoot The 7250LP low pressure controller/calibrator, part of the versatile Series 7250 family, is specifically designed to meet the demanding performance requirements of calibrating low pressure sensors, transducers, mechanical gauges, portable calibrators and their plug-in modules. To accommodate bidirectional devices, the 7250LP can be supplied to operate in both positive and negative gauge modes. The 7250LP offers unmatched performance and enhanced control stability. Utilizing multiple ranges in a single instrument, the 7250LP combines precision, stability, speed and affordability. The 7250LP has a unique quartz sensor, the most accurate pressure sensing technology available in a digital pressure calibrator. Each quartz sensor is manufactured and tested to provide the ultimate performance required by a Fluke Calibration pressure calibrator, ensuring that every customer receives the highest quality, precision and stability in their instrument. The 7250LP is available in three different range configurations: - 2.5/7.5 kPa (10/30 inH2O) - 5/15 kPa (20/60 inH2O) - 10/25 kPa (35/100 inH2O) Each combination provides a precision to 0.005 % of reading from 25 to 100 % of the higher range. For pressures from 0 to 25 %, the precision is a fixed error equal to 0.005 % of 25 % FS. This unmatched precision is achieved by the unique quartz pressure sensing technology that puts the pressure in direct contact with the quartz element, eliminating mechanical linkages and metal diaphragms.

For safety applications with cyber security
Functional safety in Industrial Ethernet is essential for the safe operation of industrial systems. The risk of accidents and failures can be minimised through the implementation of safety protocols, continuous monitoring and compliance with international standards. As a long-standing safety sensor specialist, Kübler is now expanding its safe Industrial Ethernet encoder platform with the latest SIL2 and SIL3 certified Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE) protocol. The S58x8FSX encoder transmits up to 15 bits safe or up to 24 bits non-safe, as well as fully redundant multiturn information of 12 bits safe. Thanks to the platform architecture, this is realised in exactly the same design as the S58 PROFIsafe encoder. Updates can be carried out easily via FoE (File over EtherCAT) without the need for a web server. This simplifies the maintenance process considerably and ensures that the encoder always remains state-of-the-art. The Sendix encoder offers great benefits, particularly due to its high system availability. Equipped with cyber security and protection mechanisms against hacker attacks and misuse in accordance with IEC 62443, the encoder ensures a safe and reliable connection in safety-critical applications.

For the perfect edge
The highest quality: Ganter is introducing a range of edge protection profiles with and without sealing function Ganter is expanding its range of products once again. Edge protections profiles and edge protection seal profiles ensure secure front-side finishes on covers, cable ducts or openings, for example. Ganter are thereby offering everything that constitutes perfect sheet metal working from one source – even for smaller or occasional use. The edge protection profiles are delivered on rolls of 20 or 50 metres in length, without a minimum order value. The edge protection profiles build not only an optically clean finish, they also protect surfaces from damage and prevent cables or tubes from being worn down in their encasing. In addition, they speed up the production phase as the burring or chamfering of edges is largely eliminated. GN 2184 is available in two sizes, is made of extruded PVC and can be assembled manually. The metal clamp insert prevents it from detaching.

Force Matrix Kit
The Force Matrix Kit is a plug-and-play evaluation system for measuring and visualizing force and pressure distributions across surfaces. It is based on ultra-thin, flexible sensor matrices made from polymer nanocomposite materials and uses NanoSen’s proprietary force sensing impedance technology to deliver stable and repeatable measurement results. The kit enables rapid setup, real-time data acquisition, and straightforward integration into flexible, curved, or space-constrained structures, making it ideal for prototyping, application testing, and system evaluation.

Forceteq® Force Measurement Technology
Forceteq® pro: Connect DMS load cell, set sensitivity, that’s all! With Forceteq® pro you can very easily integrate a commercially available DMS load cell from Burster, Kistler or Futek into your application. With the sensor you typically also receive a test report with the value of the sensitivity in [mV/V]. This value is individual for each sensor. Precise force measurement has never been easier First connect the 4 wires of the DMS load cell to the Signateq® measuring amplifier (solder). The Signateq® measurement amplifier is connected to the XENAX Xvi 75V8S servo drive. In the menu “Load Cell” the value of the sensitivity of the force sensor can be entered. Because of the very good linearity of DMS load cells, you can achieve an accuracy of <=0.5% over the complete load range of the sensor. Typically, calibration of the measuring range is no longer necessary. To be on the safe side, you can verify the forces very easily with a commercial weigh scale. The force value is now directly available in the XENAX® servo controller and does not have to be transmitted by external control electronics. This enables the shortest cycle times. In addition, the external control electronics can be saved.
