Control and Signal device
uHMIs are compact control and signal devices, designed to controll machines and systems in an industrial environment. Power contactors can be operated with the integrated semiconductor power drivers without a coupling relay. The buttons are debounced via software and have a minimum duty cycle of 200ms. With a robust, powder-coated aluminum housing and fully encapsulated electronics, the control units are protected from environmental influences such as liquids and numerous chemicals such as alkalis, acids and oils. Of course, the polyester front foil also has a very high chemical resistance (DIN 42 115). The connection to the supply voltage is made via a 5-pole PVC / PVC cable with a length of 3m and an open end. Other front foil symbols can be offered on request.

Electrical Planning + We handle the design and layout of the electrical systems for your industrial plant. + We systematically select equipment exclusively from reputable suppliers with proven quality. + We create circuit diagrams and 2D control cabinet layouts using Eplan software. + Depending on the scope, we provide documentation on short-circuit withstand capability, simultaneity factors, and thermal behavior within the cabinets. Control Cabinet Construction + In our in-house control cabinet construction facility, we mount all components from the mounting plate and wire them according to standards. + We mount components that are not typically positioned in control cabinets but are susceptible to damage from harsh industrial environments using our own custom-designed solutions. + Mechanical modifications to the enclosure are made using waterjet or laser cutting. Simple cutouts are produced in our own workshop.

Control cabinet dehumidifier
Patented by Dr Neumann Peltier-Technik, the control cabinet dehumidifier helps to regulate the temperature in your control cabinet and provides an effective dehumidification system with additional safety features. The dehumidifier's core component is a Peltier cooling plate located inside the switch cabinet. It collects any condensate that has formed inside the cabinet. These droplets then flow out of the cabinet interior via a safe conduit, meaning they no longer pose a threat to sensitive high-performance components. The cooling plate is equipped with intelligent temperature sensors to prevent the collected condensation droplets from freezing. Depending on the size of the control cabinet, several modules can be connected in parallel to achieve optimal results and keep the cabinet dry. Our switch cabinet dehumidifiers are frequently used for dehumidifying laser housings or switch cabinets in battery production.

Control Cabinet Solutions
Depending on the application, electrical components must be mounted and wired within a self-contained unit. Such components can include simple marshaling panels or on-site control panels, a combination of valve technology and remote I/O systems for decentralized automation, or components for applications in Ex areas. Turck offers control cabinet solutions for all of these scenarios, including standard control cabinets in stainless steel for on-site use of remote I/O systems or complex customized solutions based on customer specifications.
