Tiger is a SIL3 and PLe certified, robust radio control system adaptable to standard and complex lifting and non-lifting applications in harsh environments. It is available in several radio bands with frequency hopping technology, changing frequencies within a spectrum every 40 milliseconds. SIL3 and PLe Available in different configurations, Tiger receivers provide standard relay and analogue in/outputs, digital inputs and communication via different fieldbus systems, whereas both the STOP function and two designated relays are approved according to SIL3 IEC 61508 standard and PLe, the highest safety rating available in radio control. Tiger is capable of providing feedback from your machine, displayed on the transmitter’s LCD screen or alternatively utilizing LED’s situated next to the transmitter’s function buttons. Systems are pre-programmed with operating modes accommodating hundreds of different user applications. Advanced settings or custom software are available upon request. Our system wouldn’t be complete without a wide range of receivers. We can offer smaller seven relay receivers up to very large receivers with 28 relays. In this range you will also find receivers with bus technology: Profibus, Modbus, CANopen and J1939. There is also the option of an analogue receiver which supports step less, analogue control. Furthermore we also have receivers that can plug-in directly to an application that supports a 10-pin Harting connector. All receivers have high quality casings at IP65 or IP66.

    6. TOC IP69k Outdoor Connectors for outdoor cabling and harsh environments

TOC IP69k Outdoor Connectors for outdoor cabling and harsh environments

For years, TOC connectors by Telegärtner have proven themselves in harsh environments. Ordinary IP67 rated industrial connectors offer protection against ingress of dust and moisture for indoor applications, but in outdoor applications there are additional, tougher conditions ordinary industrial connectors cannot support. Outdoor connectors have to be – weatherproof – frost-proof – UV-resistant. And they have to be absolutely water-tight to withstand continuous rain and submersion in puddles or mud. These require an IP68 rating. The robust housing made of nickel-plated brass is tough yet easy to install – closing, sealing and locking with just one twist. The stainless steel TOC series takes connetions to a new level. It offers all the benefits of the proven TOC connector series with nickel-plated brass housing and adds a lot more: The stainless steel housing (material quality 1.4404) is designed for extreme conditions. TOC stainless steel connectors are: • free of death space and easy to clean due to its smooth surface • for areas with high hygienic and cleaning requirements • acid-resistant • corrosion resistant even against salt water • lubricant free • highly abrasion resistant • free of welds • IP69K rated • field assembly with 100 screwing cycles. Typical Applications for Stainless Steel TOC: • Connection of outdoor access points or outdoor cameras • Connection of machines and systems in harsh environments (e.g. controls in tunnel construction, mining or on heavy construction equipment) • Connection of machines and systems with special hygienic requirements like in the food industry If a low IP code is sufficient, our more cost-effective nickel-plated brass version is a good choice. It is not only weatherproof and frost-proof, but also UV-resistant. In our standard portfolio, the brass version is also available with MPO/MTP®.

    7. Toggle clamp product range expanded

      Toggle clamp product range expanded

Latch-type toggle clamps, such as vertical and horizontal acting toggle clamps, have been a permanent feature of the Ganter product range for over 30 years. The expansion of both toggle clamp genres make them the ideal solution for an even wider range of applications. Safety hooks keep the toggle clamp closed securely GN 820.3 horizontal acting toggle clamps and GN 851.3 and GN 852.3 latch type toggle clamps provide a new function: an additional lock prevents inadvertent detachment caused, for example, by vibrations or incorrect operation. When the toggle clamp is closed, the additional safety hook automatically locks and holds the lever in a closed position. The spanner can then be opened, or rather, detached through a simple one-hand operation. The safety hook on the horizontal acting toggle clamps is operated by the index finger, while for the latch type toggle clamps it is opened by pressing from above with the thumb. Now including spindle assembly with rubber tip As previously, Ganter’s horizontal and vertical acting toggle clamps leave no wish unfulfilled: we offer horizontal or vertical mounting bases, as an assembly kit or as a U-bar or solid bar versions. These components have long served as reliable standard parts. The possibility of including an adjustable spindle with a rubber tip is a new option. Until now, these had to be ordered separately as an accessory, for example as the GN 708.1 standard part. The spindle assemblies included in the set correspond to the standard sizes most commonly used – should a specific configuration be required, this can of course be ordered separately. Along with the toggle clamp versions with additional locking as described above, spindle assemblies are also available for GN 810 (vertical acting toggle clamps), GN 812 (with dual flanged mounting base), GN 820 (horizontal acting toggle clamps), as well as for the GN 860 (pneumatically operated spanner) models. 9. TOM Sensormanagement für intelligente Zustandsüberwachung

      TOM Sensormanagement für intelligente Zustandsüberwachung

The diversity of sensor management If machines or other objects are equipped with sensors, they can be monitored automatically. Data is transferred quickly and reliably to maintenance software such as TOM at a specified interval. The maintenance technician can monitor the status of the machines directly via the software and thus saves a part of the working time through daily rounds and manual measurements. Based on the experience of the maintenance technician, standard and limit values are stored in the digital maintenance planner. If the sensors measure borderline conditions, an alarm is automatically raised. The maintenance engineer can react immediately and use the CMMS/CAFM software to analyze and evaluate the situation and initiate appropriate measures. The possible uses of sensor management are very diverse. In addition to the classic use in the industrial sector, sensors can also pave the way to predictive maintenance in facility management, in medicine and at supply and disposal companies.
