The flexible concept was developed to offer its customers real added value. This is particularly evident in the exact surface temperature of the metal part to be joined with extremely short heating times. The modular embedding system was developed to heat metal bodies without contact using electromagnetic induction with repeatable accuracy. Immediately after induction, the heated component is transferred to the target system in a position-monitored manner via a mechanical system and actively cooled. This prevents the components from floating and significantly reduces the dwell time. Cost-effective and readily available wear parts round off the concept. The modular embedding system was designed for use within the high-quality automation solutions from HOLZ automation. The realisation options range from semi-automated stand-alone solutions to fully automated production lines.

      Dr. Neumann Peltier-Technik has many years of experience in laboratory technology. In 2023, they successfully introduced two designs of high-precision circulating thermostat: the LABCHILL benchtop and the PROCHILL 19-inch rack-mount solutions. Alongside the powerful 600-watt version, 400-watt solutions will be added to the range by the end of the first quarter of 2026. Other products in the field of laboratory technology include calibration thermostats and temperature control plates. We design and construct customised solutions for our customers, including individual test benches, incubators for environmental simulation and assemblies for integration into existing products. As well as the thermal and mechanical design of Peltier-based cooling and temperature control solutions, we have extensive expertise in control and regulation technology (see the section on Peltier controllers).

Advantages of Rodriguez thin-section bearings: Thin-section bearings have a large bore diameter with a smaller bearing cross-section. Solid shafts can be replaced with hollow shafts. The free interior of the thin-section bearings can be used for air ducts, hydraulic piping, electrical wiring or slip rings. Thin-section bearings are small, light and compact. Despite miniaturisation, the performance of thin-section bearing is comparable to that of normal bearings.

      The new Wöhrle POWER-TEC switched-mode power supplies have been developed for industrial applications and offer excellent efficiency of up to 96.9 %. They compensate for voltage pulses up to 6 kV and are reverse voltage resistant up to 35 V DC at 24 V nominal voltage, which means they work reliably even in harsh environments. An integrated power boost circuit enables 150 % rated power for 5 seconds, ideal for applications with DC motors. Thanks to the tool-free push-in terminals at a 25-degree angle, installation is quick and easy, even where space is limited.

      When operating machines and devices there are operating modes and situations where the stay in hazardous areas is needed. In order to work safely even in these cases with increased danger additional measures are required. With the new three-stage enabling switch RE 6909 of the SAFEMASTER series, people are secured during commissioning, maintenance or setup. What is important here is the three-stage functionality. Only an actively operated middle position gives approval to a higher-level safe control. If the operator releases the three-stage enabling switch or pushes it through (panic function) he or she withdraws approval, thus releasing the safety-oriented switch-off. Thanks to its functional and ergonomic design, the enabling switch grants fatigue-free working and, due to its modular setup, many additional operating and control functions such as a start-stop control device, key switches and further buttons. The robust handheld terminal meets the IP65 requirements for use even in rough ambient conditions. With the new three-stage enabling switch RE 6909 of the SAFEMASTER series we are expanding our product range of wireless enabling switches and wireless emergency stop systems for the safety-oriented transmission of emergency stop and control functions by an ergonomic wired version.
