Now Waldmann is introducing a new generation of our best magnifying luminaire for the electronics, metal-working or watch-making sector. What endures is the innovative arm technology and the perfect lighting concept. New features include an enhanced level of colour rendering and even more homogeneous light distribution. Another completely revolutionary aspect is the tool-free removal of the lens for cleaning, replacement or exchange. tFeeder C-500
With the tFeeder C-500, parts are brought from an undefined position (bulk material) to a defined position and can be fed to further processing. A very wide range of parts can already be handled with the system and customer-specific adjustments can be implemented very quickly. The tFeeder C-500 is designed that the handling of the system and teaching of parts is quick and easy.

Thanks to application-specific options, FANUC industrial robots are flexible to use, easy to integrate and intuitive to operate. Our robots are available for payloads of up to 2.3 tonnes and reaches of up to 4.7 m & with more than 100 models.
The assembly line developed by Harrandt enables the flexible assembly of up to 8 motor variants without set-up work. With its high precision, efficient cycle times and innovative test procedures, it stands for automation, quality and process reliability.
For the assembly line, which was designed, built, and successfully commissioned by Feinwerktechnik Otto Harrandt GmbH, we relied on components from leading manufacturers. The heart of the assembly line are the 30 workpiece carriers, on which a total of five different high-performance engines can be processed in one cycle time. The Harrandt assembly line is also capable of handling up to eight different engine variants without additional setup procedures or workpiece carrier changes. The servo axes offer highly dynamic motion sequences and guarantee precise positioning. The transfer system ensures a smooth material flow, while door safety switches and sensors guarantee maximum safety and precision. The safety components – fences and protective covers – and the pressure-sensitive mats provide the necessary safety precautions to meet the requirements of a modern production environment. A DMC scanner is used for optical quality control, enabling complete traceability and also checking the correct combination of piston and connecting rod. The entire system is controlled by the proven Siemens PLC, which, in conjunction with the high-precision gripper and all other components, ensures smooth automation. The system is rounded off by innovative lubrication systems.

The Cobot Station for the quick and easy installation of your collaborative robot
With the Cobot Station, machine operation, assembly, adhesive applications or simple pick & place tasks can be quickly tackled. Application-specific components such as tool holders, sensors or probes can be easily attached to the profile slots. Thanks to storage space for the control elements and lifting rollers with locking feet, the base ensures maximum mobility for individual application options.

In response to the skilled labor shortage and the trend of reshoring manufacturing to Europe, there is an increasing demand for automated processes – not only in mass production but also in small and medium-sized series. However, merely automating machines and their loading processes is insufficient: without subsequent fully automated quality control, the risk of scrap and rework rises. The Solution: The Kroeplin-Measuring-Robot (KMR). The KMR bridges the gap in fully automated future production. While CNC machining centers and production lines often operate unmanned, the corresponding in-process inspection is frequently missing. The Kroeplin Measurement Robot reliably measures your components, generates traceable measurement reports upon request, and communicates measurement results with your machines. In the event of tolerance deviations, your machine can, for example, be automatically stopped. The future of your in-process quality control starts now!

The Matrix Cell - a product neutral solution for a smart production
The matrix cell is a component-neutral solution in a production facility. It can process all products in a process segment and can perform for example measuring tasks or milling operation. A necessary restructuring of the production in segments brings a smooth interaction of different matrix cells, AGVs and ERP system. The matrix-cell itself is a combination of a parameterizable process software, a dynamic connection using AGVs, a component-neutral input module and a modular cell structure with the necessary process steps. With this concept the matrix cell reaches the goal of a component-neutral automation. The matrix cell is thus a robot application with a long service life. It increases the efficiency of the individual, automated process segments, reduces energy costs with the same discharge and saves personnel costs through unmanned 24/7 production. The constant program changes of the robot and the linked process steps are made possible by the parameterizable process software. This form of control does not require manual changes of the software, since all necessary program changes or product-specific processes can be changed via the customer's production control system or directly from the ERP’s data record.

In this connection, PFL stands for a slide with conventional bellows, PCL means sheet metal cover, and PKL stands for special protection against cooling media as they are used in grinding machines in the form of water, grinding oil or emulsion. As internal development by Föhrenbach, the integrated linear motors are precisely adapted to the respective requirements and provide consistently high speeds and acceleration values.
