Pyrometers PYROSPOT
Pyrometers are termed radiation thermometers or infrared thermometers, too. PYROSPOT stands for a multiplicity of series of pyrometers for the non-contact, point-shaped temperature measurement in the range from –40 °C to 3000 °C. Our pyrometer series differ with respect to their temperature ranges, interfaces, housings and the therefore related purpose. Manifold accessories allows individual adjustment to the application and the integration in system solutions.

Q Strip® High Speed Strips With Integral Groundplane
Samtec Q Strip® mezzanine connectors are designed for high-speed board-to-board applications where signal integrity is essential. Q Strip connectors feature surface mount signal contacts as well as a surface mount ground plane between the two rows of signal pins for improved electrical performance. The integral ground plane can be used to maximize bandwidth and signal integrity, or it can be used as a power plane. If used for power, the ground plane can handle 23 to 25 amps, depending on the product series. These connectors are rated at 28 Gbps at a 5mm stack height. Q Strip products are available on three different pitches: 0.50 mm pitch, the QTH and QSH series 0.80 mm pitch, the QTE and QSE series and 0.635 mm pitch, the QTS and QSS series They are available in vertical (parallel), perpendicular (right angle, or 90°), and horizontal (or coplanar) designs. Mated connector sets are available in 8 different stack heights from 5 mm (.197") to 25 mm (.984”). Up to 180 total I/Os are available, depending on the centerline. Q Strip products can be routed as single ended or in differential pair configurations. They are also available with every third pin pulled for differential pair applications (designate the -DP option in the part number). Standard features include polarization, alignment pins for proper placement on the PCB, guide posts on right angle and edge mount designs, weld tabs to increase the mechanical strength of the part to the board, and optional latching clips. All Q Strip products are RoHS compliant. Common applications for Q Strip products include, but are not limited to, servers, network systems like routers, switches, hubs, bridges, industrial controls and equipment, computers and peripherals, test and measurement, multi-chip modules, and high resolution graphics devices, to name a few. A complete line of high speed cable assemblies that mate with Q Strip board level connectors is also available.

Quiet Operation: with 22GPT LN and 32GPT LN
New, low-noise gearhead models for the GPT family FAULHABER expands its successful GPT family with two new high-performance models that stand out for their exceptionally quiet operation: the 22GPT LN and 32GPT LN. These gearheads have been specifically designed for applications where noise reduction is crucial – such as in laboratories, optical devices, medical equipment, or testing and measuring systems. Compact, Powerful, and Quiet Like all models in the GPT series, the new Low Noise variants combine high torque with a compact design and proven reliability. They deliver up to 2.2 Nm and 8 Nm respectively for the 22GPT LN and 32GPT LN in intermittent operation and can manage occasional random peak torques of up to 4 Nm and 12 Nm. Thanks to their optimized design and an input stage with plastic gears, the 22GPT LN and 32GPT LN operate with extremely low noise – without compromising performance, robustness or durability. Compared to the standard version, the low noise variants are able to reduce noise by up to 10 dB. Two planetary gearheads from the FAULHABER GPT LN family arranged on white steps in front of a gray-blue background. Robust for Demanding Conditions The stainless-steel housing provides reliable protection even in challenging environments. The gearheads are rated for a wide temperature range from –30 °C to +110 °C and maintain their high efficiency even during frequent or sudden load changes. This makes them ideal companions for high-torque motors. The new Low Noise models impress not only with their technical performance but also with an excellent price-performance ratio. Users benefit from the proven GPT technology – now enhanced with a noise-optimized solution for sensitive environments.

R&D, test benches / prototypes: New bearing sensor technology makes your development more efficient
Bearings are the central components of every machine and offer many opportunities to have a positive or negative effect on properties such as service life or energy consumption. Give us the opportunity to integrate our sensor technology into your test setups and provide you with information about lubrication, bearing currents and other factors influencing the bearing. Bearing currents wear out bearings in a very short time. With our sensor technology, we measure the currents that flow through the shaft and the bearings and enable you to understand which electrical loads your bearings see. Lubrication is an important lever for optimizing the service life and energy consumption of machines. With our technology, you can monitor lubrication directly in your products, prototypes and test benches during operation and thus understand ways to optimize load capacity and service life. Our service includes project planning, installation, as well as carrying out and evaluating the measurements. The optimum choice of lubricant and operating strategy reduces friction and thus energy consumption and extends service life. In addition, it is possible to identify the first surface changes that are the early signs of upcoming damage and to monitor these during operation. If you want to optimize the lubrication of your equipment, please contact us directly. Your benefits • Increase efficiency through optimal lubrication design • Optimization of lubricant selection • Qualification of lubricants • Optimization of the operating strategy • Monitoring initiation of surface changes • Understanding the causes of damage • Quantifying electrical bearing loads Our approach 1. joint analysis of the tribological system, objectives 2. constructive integration after consultation 3. commissioning and evaluation of the data 4. presentation of the measurement results, development of optimization options

Radar PiloTREK WE–200
The new PiloTREK WE–200 non-contact radar level measuring devices use the most modern industrial measurement technology, the 80 GHz FMCW radar. The main advantage of the 80 GHz radar compared to lower frequencies (5…12 GHz and 25 GHz) is the smaller antenna size, better focusability and the narrow beam angle. For measuring liquids, masses, emulsions and other chemicals, which are widely used in the water, food, energy, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, for example. The device can be programmed via HART® interface and via Bluetooth® communication with the new Mobile EView* app.
