Using latest technology INTEC – Motion Systems has succeeded in realizing a compact drive with numerous features. With continuous power up to 150 W it is one of the smallest drives with an integrated EtherCAT interface in its performance class. INTEC delivers high-quality complete solutions from a single source. For the demanding use, such as in CNC woodworking centers, INTEC drives of the PCSi 150x ECAT series can be used in a versatile way due to modular components. The BLDC drives of the PCSi 60 series have integrated speed control electronics for 4-quadrant operation. Control is via a 0-10V analog input. Direction of rotation, stop and a holding torque can be specified via digital inputs. Pulse and direction of rotation information can be output via digital outputs. The drive can be combined with a variety of different planetary and worm gear units. Peltier controllers go by many names, such as TEC, PWR and PID controllers, but they all have one thing in common: they control Peltier elements! This is because every Peltier element must be controlled, just like a refrigerator, heater or heat pump. We developed and built the DNPT-TEC controllers to meet our requirements for control cabinets, laboratories and special equipment construction. They not only control bare Peltier modules, but also fans, pumps, signal transmitters and sensors via analogue and digital protocols, the network and the web.

Peltier modules have a simple sandwich-like structure. A series of silicon rods are mounted between two ceramic plates, which are energised as required for heating or cooling. However, as with anything that seems simple at first, the appeal and advantage lie in the precise design, positioning and control of this technology. Only by mastering these aspects can efficiencies of up to 94% be achieved with minimised power consumption and a reduced number of modules.

The PFHE represents an economically attractive alternative for high-load applications in which high radial loads occur. The combination of special pre-stressed inclined roller bearings and a flanged output shaft in accordance with EN ISO 9409-1 gives the PFHE a very high load capacity. Thanks to the radial shaft seal that is used, this gearbox achieves protection class IP65 at the output side and can therefore also withstand adverse usage conditions

The flexible cable ducts made of halogen-free, flame-retardant nylon (UL94 V2) ensure safe and tidy cable routing in control cabinet construction, mechanical engineering, and retrofit applications. Thanks to the self-adhesive underside, installation is quick and tool-free – additionally, base perforations are available for screw-mounted fastening. With a standard length of 500 mm and sizes ranging from 10×10 to 40×40 mm, the ducts offer a space-saving, professional solution for efficient cable management. In light grey RAL 7035, they blend visually and harmoniously into any installation.
