Linear actuators convert the rotational movement of a motor into a push/pull movement. The switched-mode power supply units are available in 1-phase and 3-phase versions. Furthermore, our switched-mode power supplies have various protection mechanisms, e.g. against short circuit, overload, overvoltage and overheating. Due to their good efficiency and their compact and lightweight design, they are ideal for applications where the available installation space is limited. They can be used universally and can simply be snapped onto the DIN rail. They are also suitable for output voltages of 24V and 48V as well as for rated currents of up to 40A and outputs of up to 960W.

FAST AND FLEXIBLE With its external motor, our conveyor with centre drive is extremely powerful and runs quickly and smoothly. One special feature that sets this series apart is the flexibility of the drive unit, which can be moved across the entire length of the conveyor. Precision motor made of stainless steel: The new HHA hollow shaft servo actuator combines the latest motor technology with performance-enhanced Harmonic Drive® CSG series gear component set. The Hygienic Design Actuator combines the usual reliability and highest performance of Harmonic Drive® actuators in an exclusively designed stainless steel housing for compliance with hygiene standards. It scores not only with a simple contour to favour cleaning operations, but also with selected surface roughness and a large hollow shaft to pass cables and supply lines. The new Hygiene Design Actuator HHA is manufactured with a European supply chain at the Limburg production site.

The all-in-one solution for pressure equalization and drainage in enclosures with a high degree of protection Temperature fluctuations in or outside an enclosure result in pressure changes. This leads to moisture formation and condensation inside. Malfunctions, short circuits and corrosion are the result. Permanent pressure compensation reduces the formation of condensation. If condensation cannot be avoided, optimal condensate drainage must be ensured.

The Ketterer i-Wheel 3213 wheel hub drives have been specially developed for use in Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV). They are designed as direct drives that are completely integrated in the wheel and therefore need nei-ther an additional gearbox nor an extra motor. An extremely flat design combined with a high power density allows an application with very tight installation spaces. The compact all-in-one solution not only impresses due to its benefits in terms of space requirements but also thanks to the fact it is maintenance-free and has a service life many times longer than systems equiped with a gearbox. The i-Wheel 3213 series consists of three high-performance wheel hub drives, which can reach torques up to 34 Nm and speeds up to 27 km/h.
