Offline Robot Programming
With the Visual Components OLP Suite, industrial robots are programmed offline, directly on a PC and based on your 3D CAD data. Robot programs are created, simulated, and optimized virtually without interrupting ongoing production and are then transferred to the physical robot. This reduces programming effort, minimizes downtime, and increases manufacturing flexibility, independent of robot manufacturer and application. Your Benefits with Visual Components OLP: - Up to 80% shorter programming time (application‑dependent) - No production interruption during programming - Simulation and collision checking prior to commissioning - Up to 10× faster program creation through automated functions - Reusable programs for product variants and changeovers - Low training effort thanks to a unified user interface for multiple robot brands and processes Functions and Capabilities: - Import of 3D CAD data - Support for more than 40 robot controllers - 18 postprocessors for manufacturer‑specific robot programs - One‑click programming for selected applications - Automatic path and motion optimization - Realistic, time‑based simulation including reach and collision checking Typical Applications: - Technology‑based processes - Welding (e.g. spot and arc welding) - Machining (milling, deburring, grinding) - Painting and coating - Fixtureless assembly - Part handling and assembly operations Typical Use Cases: - Virtual commissioning of new robot cells - Product changeovers and high product variability - Lot size 1 and highly flexible manufacturing - Coordination of multiple robots - Integration of additional automation equipment Target Groups: - Robot programmers - Manufacturing and automation engineers - Production managers - Robotics and automation managers - System integrators and machine builders

Omron LD-250 Mobile Robot
OMRON mobile robots are autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) designed to dramatically increase productivity in manufacturing and logistics operations. OMRON mobile robots increase throughput, eliminate errors, improve material traceability, and allow employees to focus on tasks that require complex human skills. What’s more, unlike traditional AGVs, our mobile robots navigate by the natural features of the facility and require no expensive facility modification.

Omron MD-650/900
Enhanced efficiency in material transfer with medium-duty payloads and integrated control technology OMRON's existing lineup of mobile robots ranges from 60 to 1500 kg, and the MD-650 and MD-900 provide a new mid-weight range option (650 kg / 900 kg). Their unique control technology enables safe and smooth transport that can be easily implemented at production sites where people and machines work in the same area. The unique OMRON Fleet Manager software enables integrated control of up to 100 mobile robots on a single system, eliminates the need for multiple fleet management systems, and automatically selects the optimal mobile robot for each process based on payload and availability. The new system operates smoothly even in narrow aisles thanks to its maximum speed of 2.2 m/sec in case of MD-650 and 1.8m/sec in MD-900, advanced navigation functions, and obstacle avoidance algorithms. In addition, the introduction of advanced battery and charging technology enables 8 hours of operation on a 30-minute charge for MD-650, and 7.5 hours in case of MD-900. A single system can provide integrated transfer routes for up to 100 mobile robots with different payloads and control the transfer sequence in real time. The advanced linkage within a single system enables the real-time routing, even for inter-process transfers at different production speeds, to achieve efficient transfers with minimal retention. The MD-series is designed for compliance with ISO 3691-4 (enacted in 2020), the latest safety standard for driverless industrial trucks and their systems. OMRON will continue to develop safe and high-quality mobile robots and proprietary software control to help reduce the burden of material transport in diverse industries. OMRON’s goal is to create automation solutions that maximize the value of people and contribute to a prosperous future for individuals, industries, and the environment.

ondeso DC - The shield for your data transport
Do you exchange data via USB storage media? Do external partners bring data on USB flash drives for maintenance purposes to your company? ondeso DC offers the opportunity to limit the resulting risks. The ondeso DC test process includes the following points: - Data Lock - Permission - Checking & Control ondeso DC installs a data lock for USB storage media and checks these according to your specifications – before they are used in your company. You can grant clearance for certain devices after a successful check by virus scanners and further checks for content. This ensures that USB flash drives can only be used on devices for which they have clearance, and that there will be no changes of the data content between check procedure and usage on the end device. Additionally, the usage of the respective storage medium is logged and evaluated; therefore in case of an emergency, you can react quickly and concisely.

Online Service
Anyone who uses planetary gearboxes from Neugart can now access relevant digital product information even more easily: A new online service links the physical product directly to the documents and digital functions available for it. The link between the physical gearbox and the digital world is established via a data matrix code (DMC), a 2D code on the gearbox nameplate. This can be scanned via smartphone or tablet, for example. Alternatively, access is possible via a web portal on the Neugart homepage (www.neugart.com). This identification, which is as smart as it is reliable, leads immediately and around the clock to the relevant product information and other functions. The user then receives, for example, a clear list of all the versions of the gearbox in question or can download the appropriate operating and mounting instructions. If customers require a technical adjustment or wish to submit a complaint, they can contact Neugart customer service directly via the connected service request. Furthermore, if a Neugart gearbox shows signs of wear after years of use, an identical replacement gearbox (including express delivery) can be requested conveniently and with just a few clicks via the online service. Currently, Neugart is converting the newly produced gearboxes to a new nameplate layout with integrated DMC. The online service is starting with the essential functions in the after-sales area and will be successively expanded. For instance, in addition to further product-specific information and documents, new functions are also planned.
