Designed for typical mid-range robotic applications in industry and logistics, the updated Mech-Eye PRO series features 100% improved ambient light resistance (for monochrome versions), 75% lower temperature drift, 40% faster scanning speed and a more compact size compared to the previous version Design. With 100% improved ambient light resistance*, the new Mech-Eye PRO can generate accurate, detailed and complete point clouds of objects made of metal, plastic, wood and other materials under lighting conditions of > 20,000 lx. Mech-Eye PRO's improved ambient light resistance not only guarantees more reliable performance in difficult lighting conditions, but also helps save costs by reducing the need for shading facilities. The new Mech-Eye PRO can provide high-quality 3D images of a wide range of reflective objects, enabling accurate and reliable implementation of gripping processes. The high accuracy combined with the fast scanning speed enables it to perform a variety of demanding tasks and offers improved cycle time without sacrificing performance. Thanks to a temperature drift reduced by 75%, the new Mech-Eye PRO can work stably and reliably under fluctuating temperatures. With a 40% more compact design, the new Mech-Eye PRO can be used even more flexibly than previous models. The reduced size and weight allow for additional mounting options for the Mech-Eye PRO, enabling excellent performance even in the tightest of spaces.

Mech-Eye UHP-140-GL Industrial 3D Camera
Mech-Eye UHP is specifically designed for high-precision applications. It stands out for its accuracy in the micrometer range. It delivers high-quality 3D images even for highly reflective, polished and shiny parts. With the new, self-developed image fusion algorithm, blind spots are effectively reduced. Thanks to the innovative design, the lens distortion is only 20% compared to conventional lenses and achieves a measurement accuracy of 0.03 mm.

Mech-Mind's inline 3D measurement system delivers high-performance 3D measurement solutions for various manufacturing processes in the automotive and new energy industries, including body-in-white manufacturing, automotive component inspection, battery tray manufacturing. Mechafant-PJ
The Mechafant is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) with a payload capacity of up to 1,400 kg. Designed for busy environments with unpredictable obstacles, it navigates safely, flexibly, and reliably through close proximity to humans – the perfect solution for demanding logistics and intralogistics applications. Thanks to its hydraulically driven lifting module with forks, the AMR can pick up and place entire Euro pallets directly from the floor. It can also transfer Euro pallets up to a maximum height of 3,000 mm. Positioning accuracy is less than +/- 10 mm. Pallet position is detected using image processing. Safety and efficiency are certified according to ISO 3691-4. The Mechafant can be reliably deployed in a variety of applications. Integration into existing logistics and production systems ensures smooth operation. Specially developed software handles traffic control, job distribution, and AMR operation. It distributes transport requests to the most cost-effective available AMRs, comparing vehicle routes based on the required travel distance to the destination. A very wide range of applications is possible thanks to the standardized pallet format. Suitable for all types of material transport in production, logistics, and automation.
