Analogue programmable linear regulators up to 60 W - 19’ mechanics In addition to fixed-voltage devices, Kniel also offers analogue programmable linear regulators (also known as linear regulators or transformer power supplies). Linear regulators are characterised by unparalleled reliability and outstanding output quality. With "LineLIGHT Fusion", WERMA Signaltechnik presents a new, fully integrable solution for machine and system manufacturers that blends seamlessly into the design of modern machines and systems. The innovative series combines the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics while at the same time fulfilling the desire for an efficient and safe solution at the workplace. At the same time, it becomes an aesthetically pleasing design element of the machine or system itself, which can also provide acoustic warnings if required. Function and design combined for maximum efficiency The LineLIGHT Fusion series integrates the display of machine statuses directly into the machine surface and is therefore ideal for machine and system manufacturers who value a consistent, appealing machine design. The smooth surface of the unique light module is flush with the machine housing and thus ensures a modern, clear and functional appearance. LineLIGHT Fusion therefore stands out from conventional, often retrofitted solutions and impresses as a visual unit within the machine housing. Another highlight: this unique signalling solution meets the strict requirements for hygiene and protection by minimising edges, where dirt can build up, and avoiding openings - ideal for hygienically sensitive production environments, as the ingress of dust and liquids into the interior of the machine is reliably prevented. Optimum visibility and maximum flexibility LineLIGHT Fusion ensures clear and reliable display of machine and operating statuses thanks to the homogeneous illumination of the elegant light body. The modules are flexible and customisable: they can be configured in 50 mm increments between 100 mm and 1,500 mm, catering for an enormously wide range of applications.

The Liner Unit is a high-speed, high-power linear drive unit based on an adaptation of the cam mechanism. Powered by a servomotor, and featuring a new mechanism that rotates a screw-shaped cam, the Liner Unit travels along a linear rail, enabling high-speed, long-distance conveyance of heavy loads impossible with conventional mechanisms such as robots. Even in the long stroke specification that is difficult to cope with other devices, it can be easily used just by connecting the rail. In addition, since the drive rail and servo motor are placed on a coaxial platform, space saving is achieved and load balance is excellent.

Luminaire with signal action: LINURA.edge RGB uses RGB-LEDs in various colours to display machine and process statuses, or to achieve colour effects. An RGB luminaire can be operated in a line with white luminaires (ADVANCED package). The dimming level of white light and the colour of the RGB light can be controlled by a single supply line.

Simple securing and precise positioning of your large load carriers The individual transfer station ensures that your large load carrier trolley (LLC) remains securely in the desired position and does not roll away in an uncontrolled manner - whether at the workplace or when transferring the load carriers. Thanks to the generous catch area, precise positioning of the trolley is made considerably easier. The system is available as both a stationary and mobile solution and can be used in conjunction with an AGV.
