Lxu = Universal F60S The new version of the LINAX® Lxu F60S is designed as a versatile linear motor solution, now featuring an efficient single-cable solution and an absolute measuring system. USPs: - Single-cable solution - allows for easy installation and reduced wiring effort. - Absolute measuring system - no reference required. - Three mounting options - can be mounted in the carriage, base plate, or end plate with the Lxu flange. - Versatile configurations - four through-holes in the carriage enable back-to-back mounting of two LINAX® Lxu carriages, ideal for X-Z handling. - Integrated weight compensation - available for vertical arrangements.

Line reactors reduce low frequency interference (harmonics) and relieve the strain on the supply network through compensation of the distortion reactive power induced by this. The connected consumers are spared by limiting the starting current, thereby increasing their lifetime. The BLOCK standard product range includes series with 3%, 4% and 5% short circuit voltage.

The new series LM_S 34 is a sensor rod for direct installation in hydraulic cylinders. Measuring lengths of up to 3 m are supplied with the common direct linear sensor interfaces SSI, Analogue, and CAN. LMRS 34 achieves a resolution of 0.01 mm. The head’s width across flats is 34 mm, hence the size designation “34”. This is noticeably smaller than the 48 mm or 46 mm of the other families and is undercut only by the ultra compact LMRB 27. However, it requires an external converter box for all interfaces except Analogue. LMRS 34 offers a very compact sensor solution in the middle range that can be equipped with the most important interfaces. LMRS 34 works completely wear-free as does every magnetostriction measuring system from TR-Electronic. The stainless steel casing is pressure tested.

The market leader in standard parts is now presenting a completely new concept that combines the benefits of Standard Parts with a wide range of customization options. This customer-centric strategy is made possible by the new online configurator, which can be used to specify the central parameters of a linear actuator connector and output them in real time. The online configurator offers several advantages over the previous standard offering. In addition to the customizability, it makes the ordering process more efficient because the system immediately checks the selection for plausibility and indicates weight, price and delivery time in real time. The latter takes slightly longer than when ordering standard linear actuator connector, but the ability to enter individual specifications should outweigh this by far. Simultaneous transfer of options into 3D data sets enables the customer to immediately check whether the selected configuration fits into one‘s own design.
