Classic components for reliable linear motion Linear roundrails are long established as machine elements for the execution of linear motions and have optimally withstood the test of time in industrial applications. They can be used for example as adjusting units in automation tasks. Linear roundrails are robust, reliable, powerful and – due to their simple construction – very economical. The construction of the roundrails, which is based on hardened guide carriages in combination with different linear-motion bearings or linear-motion bushes, allows many possibilities for variation. Rodriguez also offers sliding bearing variants. In addition to the type of bearing, there is also a broad spectrum of guide elements to choose from. Mounting the guide shaft on different shaft supports and the use of open guide elements create additional possibilities for variations. Linear roundrails with shaft support provide an economical and robust alternative to profiled rail guides.

ERO-Führungen offers you standard and also customized linear slides. They are produced at our company in the black forest. Thus are individual lengths, individual mounting holes and individual widths no problem for us. The linear slides are used at movement, processing, and positioning tasks. Linear Units by Dr. TRETTER – heavy-duty yet flexible Dr. TRETTER offers linear units of the product lines MOVITEC® and MONOCARRIER® for a vast selection of solutions for positioning and handling tasks. The building components are versatile and easily integrable into the design of various applications, according to the modular concept. The linear units are equipped with aluminium profiles, some of them are also available in steel design. The linear axes are available in different designs and sizes. Dr. TRETTER offers linear units with toothed belt drive as well as ball screw drive. Optionally, all linear units can also be delivered without drive. All systems can be affiliated to customer specific electric drives of all common brands and thus be integrated into existing systems. The DCSA 36 series linear actuators are compact, highly versatile actuators. With a stroke force of up to 2100 N and a maximum feed rate of 40 mm/s, the actuators can be used in a wide variety of applications. The two basic versions, open or encapsulated, are available with or without a Hall sensor. The standard series is the open linear actuator series, for which various lengths of the 3 x 10 mm trapezoidal thread spindle are available. Encapsulated linear actuators with a conventional push rod are also available as a custom design.
