JUKI's new stencil printer G-TITAN is taking the step towards Industry 4.0 and "lights-out manufacturing". A brand new GUI - Graphical User Interface promises greater ease of use thanks to a touch monitor. G-TITAN supports circuit boards up to 510 × 510 mm in size and is therefore aimed at requirements in the middle segment. The terms OPC - Opti Paste Control and QPC - Quality Print Control summarize several useful individual functions, which together lead to optimal paste consumption, a higher degree of automation and error prevention in printing.

The machine is equipped with two heads (Takumi/Turret head) that ensure high flexibility at high speed. The LX8 achieves an impressive output of 105,000 CPH. The P20S planetary head has a planetary head design that continuously sucks with 20 nozzles. Even a very small component such as 0201 (metric)/ 008004 is reliably loaded. The TAKUMI head for high-precision laser detection adjusts the head height to the height of the components to be placed. Main switches fulfill the function of connecting or disconnecting system components or equipment or machines to the power supply. A design has been established for main switches in which the three poles of a three-phase alternating current supply are switched simultaneously within a particularly compact construction. There are also four-pole versions for applications in which the neutral conductor is also switched, whereby the neutral conductor contact opens and closes with a time delay. Main switches are load-break switches and have a high switching capacity in relation to their size. The compact main switches from Kraus & Naimer have force and positive opening guidance of the switching contacts both when opening and closing and are embedded in a comprehensive modular system with numerous functional extensions and additional devices. Function Kraus & Naimer main switches are mains isolating devices that disconnect machines/systems from the supply or mains supply. Mains disconnecting devices must be provided with a locking device in order to be able to lock them in the off position.

Kassow Robots founded in Copenhagen, Denmark is developing and producing unique and efficient 7-axes lightweight collaborative robots for industrial applications. A payload of 5 to 18 kg and a reach of 850 to 1800 mm – all delivered at joint speeds of up to 225 degrees per second. The five lightweight 7-axes cobots are ready to go to work in virtually no time - at companies of all sizes. The cobots offer both speed and power, while also providing a long reach and high payload. Current transformer with divisible measuring core for primary nominal currents from 100 A to 5000 A, secondary nominal current 5 A, 2 A or 1 A, in accuracy classes 0.5 and 1. The divisible measuring system allows simple retrofitting into existing systems with minimum installation effort. The locking mechanism on the transformer is opened for the installation process; it is routed around the primary conductor and then re-engages audibly. Once the secondary conductors have been connected, the measuring arrangement is immediately ready for use. Optionally, the supply of primary conductor bars (electrolytic copper, nickel-plated) corresponding to the bar window, including screws DIN 933, complete with nuts, washers and lock washers for mounting in busbars or similar is possible.
