      The integrated laser solution i104 with modular principle The integrable laser i104 is designed for installation in industrial production systems. This laser marking system creates high-quality markings with very short cycle times and can mark all materials including steel and titanium alloys. It is also suitable for plastics. This laser system is supplemented by individual housing devices that are specially designed and constructed for your application. The i104 laser marking system marks alphanumeric characters, 1D and 2D data matrix codes, graphics and logos with a high degree of precision and contrast. The compact dimensions of the marking head enable easy installation and it is controlled by a PLC system. The laser is available in three power versions, 20W, 30W and 50W.

      The new ACTILINK-S integrated servomotors from Synapticon are a pioneering solution for integrated servomotors and are unique in their class. The position determination of the drive controller is based on Kübler sensor technology. The growing demand for decentralized automation in machine building and factory automation calls for new concepts in terms of both space saving and performance optimization, areas in which Kübler traditionally has a very strong global presence, market knowledge and application experience. While many customers in this business segment require different types of encoders, integrated servo drives are naturally also found here. The new integrated drives are available in 60 mm and 80 mm sizes with an output of 200 to 1000 watts. They enable a considerable reduction in installation space and costs compared to conventional drive and motor solutions, as they replace several components and functions in a classic servo axis. A unique thermal concept ensures maximum efficiency with up to 3 times higher dynamics compared to conventional drive solutions. A hybrid single-cable technology replaces the classic three cables per axis. The connection is made via FSoE. Further protocols and safety functions are being planned.

      The integrated servomotors MAC404, MAC804, MAC1004 and MAC1404 represent a powerful generation of AC servo motors with built-in Ethernet interface, integrated ePLC, and battery-free absolute multi-turn encoder. All models operate directly from 115/230 VAC and combine motor, power electronics, controller, encoder and communication in one compact unit. This significantly reduces wiring effort, cabinet size and installation time. The power range spans from 400 W (MAC404) up to 1500 W (MAC1404), with peak power levels reaching up to 4,500 W. All motors offer a speed range of 0–3000 RPM (max. 3600 RPM) and deliver nominal torques from approx. 1.3 to 4.8 Nm with peak torques exceeding 14 Nm, depending on the model. Various flange sizes and motor lengths are available, with optional integrated brake. Protection classes range from IP55 to IP66/IP67, combined with robust M12/M16 industrial connectors. Key features across the entire series include: integrated Industrial Ethernet interfaces (e.g., EtherCAT, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP), built-in ePLC for decentralized automation directly inside the motor, STO safety function (Safe Torque Off), battery-free absolute multi-turn encoder, flexible option modules such as IO-Link, RS485, CANopen, wireless extensions and additional I/O modules. Thanks to their fully integrated architecture, the MAC motors are ideal for compact machines, modular systems, robotics, packaging equipment, handling systems and any application requiring high performance in a minimal footprint.
