IoT-Box
The WAGO IoT Box is the perfect solution for connecting new and existing systems. Integrating machines and systems into the “Internet of Things” ” is incredibly simple with WAGO’s IoT Box. The complete system is ready for immediate use and offers all the functions required for digitalization from signal acquisition to cloud connectivity. The IoT Box was designed as a plug-and-play device – no hardware engineering is needed. Collected data is transferred to the desired IoT application with just a few parameter settings. The hardware includes a controller with its own communication interface, I/O modules with analog and digital inputs/outputs, a 3-phase power measurement module and a 24 V power supply unit. Depending on the application, additional I/O modules can be added later to adapt the system to specific requirements. Additional options include a protocol gateway to various fieldbus and control protocols or the evaluation and pre-processing of data using PLC functionality and/or applications under Linux®, including Docker.

IP20 Metal Cover for RJ45 Plugs
The new Y-Con Cover 20-TC replaces the current version of Y-Con Cover 20, which has a great acceptance in the market for many years. Like Y-Con Cover 20, the new Y-Con Cover 20-TC is an IP20 full metal version, which protects the plug from all kind of influences in an IP20 industrial area. Strong mechanical resistance paired with a high protection against EMI disturbance guarantees the optimal signal transmission. In contrary to the current version, the new Y-Con Cover 20-TC is useable with different cable diameters. A diameter range between 5.5 mm and 7.1 mm gives high flexibility for a variety of cables. Moreover, the Y-Con Cover 20-TC can be assembled tool free. The new snap hook concept makes screws redundant so that the upper and lower part only need to be pressed together. This saves about 30% to 50% assembly time and thus means pure cost reduction. It does not even take into account the possibility of screws falling down or being lost. If necessary, the cover can be reassembled up to 5 times. Together with our Y-Con Plug connector series, which is available with a different number of contacts, the Y-Con Cover 20-TC can be used for various RJ45 applications. The plug series is also constructed and tested for rough applications as are common in the industrial sector. In addition, optional integrated power contacts offer the possibility for the power transmission of up to 2.1A. EFCO is introducing a new generation of its Eagle Eyes AIH family. This impresses with "Comet Lake" processors from i3 to i9, a 2.5 GB LAN interface and exchangeable AI accelerator hardware. The EFCO-typical industrial features have remained, such as a DC wide range, surge-protected inputs and the 16 digital IOs, which can be used to embed sequence controls in the high-level language. Completely new in this device class is the 2.5 GB high-speed LAN with PoE (Power over Ethernet). This means that powerful cameras with high frame rates can be connected directly to the PC via a single cable. To enable images to be evaluated more quickly or patterns to be recognized and classified more quickly, AI accelerator hardware is optionally on board. EFCO uses the computer's M.2 port for this, thus offering a scalable, modular solution with update potential for this rapidly developing technology. The new EFCO Eagle Eyes IPC family AIH comprises a total of seven designs of compact 10th generation industrial PCs with Intel "Comet Lake" processors Core i3, i5, i7 and i9.
