Customized Automation & Assembly Technology Solutions
The automation of production processes is essential for the success of modern companies. As a system integrator, we offer customised solutions that are individually designed to suit the needs of our customers. Planning, design and production are carried out from a single source. We realise systems and complex assembly lines that combine various stations and modules such as conveyor belts and robot arms and cover the entire production process. Our customers benefit from our experience in the automotive industry, medical technology, food production and the manufacturing industry.

Customized Cable Systems
The complete cable set - from a single source: We implement individual requirements for functionality and quality as well as design and the technical connection of the product to the end device. This starts with the cable length. And goes beyond different pole patterns and connections for easy installation, surfaces and flexibility to special requirements for the material with regard to approvals (UL, Med, etc.). And what does your cable/connector have to look like on the B-side? We take care of that. With different assembly options for convenient connection, from the common crimp solution or solder connection to integrated electronics. Take advantage of phg's assembly expertise for the complete cable set from a single source - economically and 100% final tested. More information: https://www.phg.de/en/connection-technology

Customized Connectors: Columns/Shafts VIA-VSE, VIA-HSE, VIA-HS
Efficient column design requires variable connecting elements. With our VIA series, a wide variety of superstructures can be configured with just a few standard elements. UVERSA's VIA products include columns and INA shafts in various lengths. The robust hollow and solid columns are made of ground or induction hardened stainless steel.

Customized HMI solutions
Our unique development approach allows for highly-customized HMI display and control panels. We offer solutions for an intuitive and efficient communication between humans and machines which can be seamlessly integrated in existing machinery and systems. A consistent user interface offers many benefits, but the most important one is the positive affect on customer retention satisfaction. The field of application ranges from control units for machine and vehicle construction to display units for point of sale (POS) applications.

Customized Kabelthermometer Made in Germany
Customized cable thermometers made in Germany by Delta-R from Mannheim. More and more sensor manufacturers are producing their cable sensors in subsidiaries in other European, Asian, or Arab countries. The resulting cost savings from lower wages, even before the pandemic and tariffs, came at the expense of delivery speed and flexibility. Significantly increased shipping costs and trade barriers have made domestic manufacturers more attractive. Customers have also shifted their thinking. Reliable supply chains are now considered essential. Local sourcing is trending. Procurement close to home is also preferred for environmental reasons. Increasingly, consumers are asking themselves, not just when it comes to clothing, whether products have to travel halfway around the world before they are finished. Delta-R has consciously chosen to continue manufacturing exclusively in Germany. Customer proximity fosters both speed and flexibility in the production of customized cable thermometers. Due to internationally limited supply chains and the resulting delivery times of sometimes several years, variability in sensor manufacturing has become essential. At Delta-R, this flexibility extends to allowing customers to supply their own raw materials upon request. Cut & Strip E400
The Cut & Strip Family E400 cut and strip machine impresses with its high performance, optimized operability and outstanding process reliability. Standard applications include the stripping of the outer jacket in several steps, as well as full and partial strips – also on both sides – with conductor cross sections from 0.14 to 16 mm2 (26 to 6 AWG) and cable diameters from 0.8 to 12.5 mm (0.032" to 0.49").

CVD Series - Multi-Axis Driver
CVD Series – EtherCAT-Compatible Multi‑Axis Stepper Driver The CVD Multi‑Axis Driver supports synchronized control of up to four 2‑phase or 5‑phase PKP/PK stepper motors via EtherCAT—delivering high performance with simplified wiring in multi-axis systems. Features & Highlights • Synchronous control via EtherCAT: consolidated I/O and power connections for streamlined setup • Available as 2 axis driver board or 4 axis driver board • Supports 0.5–3 A per axis (max 12 A total) for both 2‑phase and 5‑phase PKP/PK motors • Encoder data capture & deviation detection: Position errors flagged by driver without need for host controller • Automatic brake control & sensor power: Built-in control of electromagnetic brakes and sensor power, eliminating external circuitry • Power separation & safety: External safety relay support, and operational monitoring via EtherCAT even if main power is off • Inrush current suppression: Protects main supply circuits during power-on spikes • MEXE02 software support: PC-based parameter editing, real-time monitoring, diagnostics, waveform capture, alarm management, and PDO analysis Why Choose CVD? Simplifies wiring for multi-axis setups using a single EtherCAT cable Uniform form factor and connectors for 2‑phase and 5‑phase operation—easy scalability Built-in encoder and brake integration reduce the need for peripherals and system complexity

Cyber Resilience Act – Secure product development compliant with the latest regulations
The Cyber Resilience Act sets binding requirements for products with digital elements – from secure development and vulnerability management to update capability and verification. secunet supports companies in implementing these requirements in a structured and practical manner. Based on a standardised catalogue of requirements, we analyse existing development and operational processes, identify regulatory gaps as part of a gap analysis, and develop specific, prioritised measures. Together, we establish a resilient secure development lifecycle with clear responsibilities, security by design principles, documented testing processes and effective vulnerability handling. This ensures that CRA compliance is not an isolated requirement, but rather a sustainable way to strengthen product quality, security and marketability.
