The device is optimized in terms of functionality and costs and is therefore particularly suitable for applications in which price is a decisive factor. The XtrapulsEasy 60 VDC servo controller can be easily integrated into automation systems with PLC, CNC or motion controller. The connection via fieldbus CANopen® or via RS-232 enables the use of all standard functions according to DS402 that are available in the XtrapulsEasy. The device can also be configured as a speed controller with an analog interface. This flexibility allows the embedded use of the device in a wide variety of machines and applications.
XtrapulsEasy DB Low Voltage Board Servoverstärker
The XtrapulsEasy ™ 60 VDC DB is a plug-in version of the XtrapulsEasy ™ 60 VDC series as a system-on-module format and is operated with a voltage between 24 VDC and 60 VDC. This extremely compact and lightweight module also offers excellent vibration resistance and is therefore particularly suitable for embedded applications such as self-driving vehicles (AGV). The XtrapulsEasy ™ 60 VDC DB servo controller is plugged onto a main circuit board, which is equipped with all the components required for motion control. Thanks to this property, extended functions for controlling brushless motors can be adapted to a corresponding application board without special knowledge in the area of motor control.
