      BLH & BLS Series – Compact 24 V Brushless DC Motors. Both series offer efficient 24 V brushless DC motors with feedback via integrated Hall sensors. They cover a wide power range and enable stable speed control even under load changes. The main differences lie in the functional depth of the respective drivers. The motors are available with various gearbox types, including helical and hollow-shaft flat gearboxes. BLH Series The motors cover 15–100 W and offer a speed range of 100–3000 rpm (or 80–3000 rpm for digital and RS-485 drivers). Three driver types are available: analog, digital, and RS-485 communication, each as a compact PCB driver. Supported functions (depending on model): - Torque limiting - Load factor display - Setting acceleration/deceleration ramps - Multiple programmable speed levels - Free MEXE02 parameterization software. BLS Series The BLS series offers 25–120 W of power at 100–2000 rpm or 100–4000 rpm, depending on the motor type. The drivers are available in two versions: - Simple type with particularly easy commissioning via an on/off signal - as an RS-485 variant with extended parameterization via MEXE02 software

      Very large sealing ranges, highest density, very good strain relief and a unique marking - these are the features of the blueglobe. The core element of the blueglobe cable gland is the blue spherical sealing insert. Its innovative geometry achieves strain relief values that far exceed the normative requirements. With regard to protection against dust and water, PFLITSCH sets new standards with IP 68 up to 15 bar for a duration of one hour. In addition, the blueglobe cable gland passes the IP 69 water jet test. The moulded-on inlets extend the sealing ranges of a nominal size by 100 % in some cases. Three types (M16, M25 and M40) are sufficient to securely seal all cable diameters from 4 mm to 32 mm. Conventional cable glands require up to five sizes for this. When the pressure screw is tightened, the captive blueglobe sealing insert concentrates the sum of the forces optimally on the cable being fed through and encloses it over a large area. The optimised force distribution reliably prevents the notch effect that occurs with lamella systems. Damage to the cable sheath is impossible with the blueglobe sealing principle.

H1 food-grade grease is available for spur gear types (30–120 W only). Motors are available with IP66 or IP67 protection, making them suitable for demanding environments. The key difference lies in the driver functionality. BMU Series Simple speed control via rotary push-dial on the driver, four fixed speeds programmable, with display for speed and load factor, and built-in protections.       The BN series control device units are a versatile modular product that adapts to any application requirement. The main feature of the new BN series is easy installation, as the in-line holes make it simple to fit and wire the device: as it's a plug-and-play device in fact, all you have to do is plug the connector in. Furthermore, in the case of a fault or damage, it can be replaced immediately thanks to the monolithic design of the control device unit, without the need for rewiring, avoiding any possible errors. The control device unit is designed with non-detachable, turnable modules that offer the user various installation options on-board the machine. The BN series control device unit is available in various configurations for various types of product applications: for standard applications, configurations with 1,2,3 or 4 devices are most suitable, while configurations with 6, 7 or 8 devices are available for more complex applications to provide the user with more control and signalling devices at the same location. The control devices are recessed in the outer housing of the control device unit so they're protected from accidental knocks, meaning longer operational life. They only protrude a little from the front, so the BN series remains within a max. width of just 40 mm. In all the configurations, a variety of control devices can be installed, also illuminated by integrated LEDs. The new Pizzato Elettrica BN series modular control device units have the same shape and dimensions as the RFID safety switches with lock of the NS series, giving machine manufacturers who already use these products the chance to create a visually uniform device and adopt an aesthetically pleasing solution.
