Our wash basket handling system offers a fully solution for feeding your wash line. The system has been designed to efficiently lift and tip the wash baskets to enable a seamless transition to the wash line. The lifting unit is located on the left-hand side of the system, which safely lifts the wash baskets and places them in the optimum position. On the right is the tilting device, which tilts the wash baskets precisely so that the components fall out in a controlled and even manner. This automated solution reduces manual labour, improves process sequences and significantly increases the efficiency of handling your wash baskets.
