    1. VGC10

      VGC10

The VGC10 electrical compact vacuum gripper has unlimited customization possibilities. It has changeable suction cup options too for nearly any application need. Smaller than the VG10, the VGC10 can fit into tight environments to extend your automation possibilities. And at half the weight of the VG10 but with the same payload, the VGC10 can lift small, odd-shaped, and heavy objects even with a smaller robot arm. The VGC10 features two independently controlled air channels that allow it to act as a dual gripper with pick-up and release in the same action, further increasing efficiency and reducing cycle time. With no compressor or air supply needed, this compact electrical gripper is easy to move, and simple programming makes it quick and easy to redeploy for greater production flexibility.

    2. Vibrating level switch for liquids VEGASWING 63

Vibrating level switch for liquids VEGASWING 63

The position of the switching point can be up to 6 m away from the installation site. Numerous process fittings, approvals as well as housing and electronics versions. VEGASWING 63 is used as a universal level switch in all liquids. Independent of the mounting position it detects reliably with millimetre accuracy the level. The instrument can be used in vessels as empty or full detector, as approved overfill protection, dry run protection or pump protection. The position of the switching point is determined through the tube extension. The VEGASWING 63 offers high reliability and security in a wide application range. Your benefit Precise and reliable function due to product-independent switching point Low maintenance costs Minimum time and cost expenditure thanks to simple setup without medium

    4. Vibration motors

      Vibration motors

Vibration motors are used when haptic-sensory feedback needs to be provided in a simple and cost-effective way. This makes them a good addition to human-machine interfaces. In lane and side guard assist systems, vibration motors protect human lives. Advantages our vibration motors: • Simple control via DC voltage and PWM • A variety of feedback can be achieved with one motor • Easy adjustment to the correct working point • Cost-effective design • Ideal for battery operation • Foamable models available The vibration motors are available • in different motor versions (unencapsulated with oscillating weight, encapsulated with or without anti-twist protection, waterproof foamed), • in different motor technologies (iron armature, bell rotor, sonic motors), • with or without slide bearings, • with one- or two-sided oscillating weight and • with various connections (connectors, soldering pads, free wires,...). In addition, tailor-made adaptations (winding, haptics, torque, tightness, service life, ...) and customer-specific add-on parts are possible.

    5. Vibration sensor SA6200A

      Vibration sensor SA6200A

Reliable and API670-compliant machine monitoring (e.g. housing vibrations caused by imbalances) is ensured by a highly sensitive, low-noise, temperature-stabilized and robust sensor technology. The sensor's 1/4-28 UNF, 1/4-20 UNC or M6 x 1.0 screw connections allow machine-specific and reliable mounting, even in hard-to-reach places. Continuous machine monitoring is provided via the sensor output (100 mV/g) for centralized or decentralized monitoring (e.g. Metrix Signal Conditioner 5580/SW5580).

    6. Vibration switch 5550

      Vibration switch 5550

The models 5550 and 5550G Mechanical Switch provide basic, economical vibration protection through a simple and highly reliable spring-mass mechanism. The presence of sufficient vibration along the switch's sensitive axis triggers a change in state. This enables automatic machine shutdown or alarming. To restart the switch, it must be reset locally by means of a reset button (5550 only) or by applying an electrical voltage (standard for 5550G, opt. for 5550). A built-in switch-on delay suppresses tripping during start-up.

    7. Virtual commissioning with controller RX

      Virtual commissioning with controller RX

Virtual commissioning with Controller RX Use our demo kit to import and test your process data. We store a virtual axis with your desired force-displacement curve on the Controller RX. This allows you to extensively test the PLC and database connection in advance, store measured values and prepare your system for real use. You can detect and rectify errors, optimize your process and thus shorten the commissioning time of the real system. The demo kit consists of a stand with the RX controller and a 230 V connection.

    8. Vision

      Vision

Image sensors and smart cameras combine high-performing image processing tools with intelligent features and intuitive user interfaces. Image sensors, like the iVu series, have a reduced resolution and a limited processing algorithm. These are exclusively parameterized directly with a touchscreen and they perform simple applications. On the other hand, smart cameras, like the VE series, are equipped with high-resolution optics and an almost complete image processing set and are intended for more complex inspection tasks. These are cost-effective systems that are easy to implement. From a simple feature verification to complex inspection tasks, image sensors and smart cameras offer a user-friendly solution. Product groups - Optical identification systems for image processing - Identity recognition, code recognition sensors - Sensors for object recognition, object comparison - Vision lighting systems
