The TT 1564 multi-touch operating panel for swing arm mounting is the latest addition to SIGMATEK's extensive HMI portfolio. It is equipped with a high-performance quad-core EDGE3 Technology processor and a 15.6-inch TFT color display in Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels). With 2 GB DDR4 RAM and 8 GB eMMC, there is plenty of storage space available. An RFID reader and a USB port are located directly on the front. There is also the option of adding six individual control elements on side. Numerous standard interfaces are available for easy system integration: 2x Ethernet 100 Mbit, 3x USB host 2.0, type A (1x front), 1x USB 2.0 type Mini-B OTG and 1x microSD card holder (SD 3.0). Like all SIGMATEK panels with a processor, the TT 1564 supports OPC UA communication. It also has two freely programmable status LEDs on the front. Convenient operation. The fanless control panel is equipped for swing arm mount with VESA100 and impresses with its simple, high-quality design with glass front and black anodized aluminum frame. The projected capacitive touchscreen supports intuitive operation. Machines and systems can be easily operated and monitored using multi-finger gestures such as zooming, rotating and swiping. The object-oriented engineering tool LASAL makes it easy and convenient to create complex (web) visualizations. Prefabricated design templates and a wide range of operating, graphic and design elements enable convenient configuration and project planning in the HMI tools LASAL VISUDesigner (HTML5) and LASAL SCREEN. Efficiency is a decisive requirement of modern switching power supply units. The low power loss of Emparro ensures that the supply unit and any components close to it are subjected to much less heat. The supply units offer a wide input voltage range of 85 to 265 V AC (90 to 250 V DC), so they are absolutely ideal for use worldwide. Remote diagnosis is enabled by an alarm contact which signals short circuits, power surges and critical rises in temperature.

Well switched: Stable and reliable detection of all objects and packaging. Using various operating principles and technologies, switching sensors detect objects reliably – at either the start or end point of the application. We offer a variety of sensors that detect an object optoelectronically, with ultrasonics, inductively or capacitively, and output a stable switching signal. We meet the diverse requirements from the production and packaging industry with a large number of different light spots, operating principles, designs and sizes. The usability when aligning and adjusting the switching point is simple and intuitive for all models. The sensors output standardized switching signals, NPN/PNP as well as IO-Link data, and can thus be integrated into all applications. Pick & Place - all around! The rotaryARM swivel arm module in combination with linear units is a very fast pick & place system for all tasks that require a fast and precise automation solution. The radius range of the working area is 148, 199 or 268 mm. The module can be used for all assembly, handling, packaging, palletising and other applications that require a fast and precise automation solution. It is optionally available with an additional NC rotary axis for the gripper. In the new generation, the rotaryARM's swivel and rotary axes can be rotated endlessly. This is made possible by a rotary feed-through for electrics and pneumatics integrated in the swivel arm. This also eliminates the need for an additional cable carrier. Other features include high rigidity, low dead weight and motors with absolute encoders. Pick & Place - with highspeed! With the miniSPIN-series a compact handling unit with highly dynamic traits was developed. The concept was designed to position small parts with a weight of 20 up to max. 100 grammes. Typical pick & place operations can be realised with very short cycle times of about half a second. The miniSPIN-series can be used as single station as well as in combination with linear units. In connection with the directly driven linear axis euroLINE, highly dynamical handling systems can be realised, e.g. to handle product pallets. To enable optimum use of the miniSPIN series, standardised lever lengths of 87mm or 151.5mm are available.
