LS Link is designed to transport workpieces in automated assembly and packaging lines. Thanks to its drive concept, it is winning over users wherever the application demands precision and short transport times. The reduced complexity of the system and high reliability ensure high productivity and economic efficiency. At approximately 60 cycles per minute and a movement time of under 0.2 seconds at feeds up to 200 mm, LS Link is fast and efficient. At the same time, its positioning accuracy is ±50 μm due to its cycloidal gear. In combination with the servo motor, the fast transfer system is extremely versatile since any position and any feed can be approached. This increases its adaptability to the higher-level assembly line and to the customer application.

The SOMA precision medium pump (PMP) offers standard, intelligent pressure relief when supplying lubricants in industrial production processes. Based on the scoop piston principle with a very low transmission ratio, the SOMA PMP precision medium pump gently supplies your lubricant application with medium. The special follower plate geometry ensures fast venting with very low losses. A safety PLC in accordance with the Machinery Directive and a digital interface to a higher-level control system provides a safe and controllable process at all times.

The precision Z stage Type SMH consists of 3 Slide parts with a dovetail profile. The wedge-shaped interior part enables height strokes of 1.0 - 20.0 mm as standard. AGRO has developed a new, innovative pressure balance element of A4 stainless steel (EN 1.4404 / AISI 316L) for use in stainless housings (patent pending), which is unsurpassed in terms of robustness and offers the highest impact resistance in accordance with IEC EN 62262, Class IK10. It combines high-quality materials with an innovative design and is able to enduringly withstand the most challenging conditions – from demanding industrial processes involving aggressive cleaning agents and chemicals to harsh environmental conditions in coastal regions or on the ocean. A high-performance membrane ensures rapid, reliable air exchange with flow rates that are second to none. It is made of PTFE (polyterafluoroethylene) and has pores that are hundreds of times bigger than water vapour molecules, but thousands of times smaller than water droplets. The membrane, which is water- and oil-repellent, offers a very high degree of protection: IP66 / IP68 (0.5bar/1h) / IP69 / IP6K9K. The wide temperature range, from -40 °C to +150 °C, is another highlight of the new pressure balance element, which is unique on the market and fulfils every need. The product features an M12x1.5 entry thread. The membrane is RoHS- and REACH-compliant, and free of PFOA and PFOS.

To achieve good dosing results that are reproducible, the pressure of the medium to be dosed (grease, oil or technical lubricants) must be limited upstream of the dosing valves to the optimum maximum pressure for the relevant application. The patented SOMA pressure balance system DAS 120/12 ensures, up to a maximum inlet pressure of 250 bar, that the medium pressure set on the outlet side is available to the dosing valves at a constant level and without pressure fluctuations. It is therefore predestined for use in supply systems for highly viscous media with low and medium pressure pumps.
