Your responsibilities
- Technical, personnel, and strategic management of hardware development with six subordinate departments
- Close collaboration with software development, product management, purchasing, and production
- Organizational development and continuous optimization of innovation and development processes
- Responsibility for technology management and strategic product planning
- Ensuring high quality standards
- Further development and coaching of managers, as well as building and maintaining a high-performing network of external service providers.
What you bring
- Technical education (university, university of applied sciences, technical college) or comparable qualification
- Several years of management experience in product development, ideally in the hardware and firmware environment
- Analytical and structured approach to work
- Strong abstract reasoning skills and excellent communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English
